प्रदेश के कृषि एवं कृषक कल्याण मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने शुक्रवार को नई दिल्ली स्थित प्रगति मैदान में आयोजित गवर्नमेंट एचीवमेंट स्कीम्स एक्स्पो एवं वर्ल्ड ऑर्गेनिक एक्सपो-2023 के शुभारम्भ कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग कार्यक्रम का दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर उद्घाटन किया। कार्यक्रम में कई राज्यों के स्टालों के साथ साथ उत्तराखंड जैविक बोर्ड, कृषि एवं उद्यान विभाग द्वारा भी कई स्टाल भी लगाए है।
इस अवसर पर कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए उत्तराखंड के कृषि मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की सरकार ने पिछले नौ वर्षों में, प्रत्येक भारतीय को सशक्त बनाने के लिए कई कल्याणकारी योजनाओं को लॉन्च और कार्यान्वित किया। उन्होंने कहा इस तरह के त्वरित सशक्तिकरण के परिणाम मुद्रा योजना और स्टैंड अप इंडिया जैसे कार्यक्रमों में देखे जा सकते हैं, जो हाशिए के समूहों से युवा उद्यमियों का एक बड़ा पूल बना रहे हैं। मुद्रा योजना के तहत दिए गए 40 करोड़ ऋणों में से आधे से अधिक अनुसूचित जातियों / अनुसूचित जनजातियों / अन्य पिछड़ा वर्गों के उद्यमियों को दिए गए हैं। यह न केवल व्यक्तियों के सशक्तिकरण की शुरुआत कर रहा है, बल्कि पारंपरिक रूप से उपेक्षित समुदायों को सशक्त बनाने का एक साधन भी है। अपने कल्याण कार्यक्रम के अनुरूप, आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्गों के लिए आरक्षण प्रदान करने के मोदी सरकार के ऐतिहासिक फैसले गरीब परिवारों को बहुत आवश्यक सहायता प्रदान की है।
कृषि मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने मोदी सरकार की उपलब्धियों को गिनाते हुए कहा 2013-14 की तुलना 2022-23 में कृषि बजट में 5.7 गुना वृद्धि हुई है। एग्रीकल्चर इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर फंड के माध्यम से 1 लाख करोड़ रुपये। प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण अन्न योजना के अंतर्गत 80 करोड़ लोगों को मुफ्त राशन का वितरण प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत 3 करोड़ गरीब परिवारों को पक्का घर मिला। 11.8 करोड़ घरों में पहुंचा नल से जल और 100% घरों में बिजली पहुंची।48.3 करोड़ जन-धन खाते खोलकर गरीबों को बैंकिंग व्यवस्था से जोड़ा गया। उन्होंने कहा वित्त वर्ष 2013-14 से वित्त वर्ष 2021-22 तक गैर-बासमती चावल निर्यात में 109.7% की वृद्धि। एमएसपी पर तिलहन खरीद में 1500% की बढ़ोतरी। एमएसपी पर दलहन खरीद में 7350% की वृद्धि। 2022-23 में 2021-22 के मुकाबले कुल उर्वरक सब्सिडी 500% की वृद्धि। 2021-26 के लिए पीएम कृषि सिंचाई योजना के लिए 93,068 करोड़ रुपये आवंटित। eNAM के माध्यम से अब 1260 मंडियां जुड़ी हुई हैं।
मंत्री ने कहा सरकार के कल्याण संबंधी प्रावधान और गरीबी उन्मूलन के प्रयासों को वैश्विक संस्थानों से मान्यता मिली है। हाल ही में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मुद्रा कोष (आईएमएफ) के एक पेपर ने देश में अत्यधिक गरीबी को समाप्त करने के लिए मोदी की सरकार को श्रेय दिया है। मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के नेतृत्व में पिछले 09 सालों में देश में विकास के हर क्षेत्र ऐतिहासिक काम हुए हैं। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की वजह से वैश्विक स्तर पर भारत को एक नई पहचान मिली है। उनको विदेशों में जो सम्मान मिल रहा है, वह हर भारतवासी का सम्मान है। समाज के सभी वर्गों को ध्यान में रखते हुए केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा जनकल्याणकारी योजनाएं चलाई जा रही हैं। समाज के अन्तिम पंक्ति पर खड़े लोगों को योजनाओं का लाभ मिल रहा है।
मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा उत्तराखंड में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में उत्तराखंड तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा राज्य में समान नागरिक संहिता, सख्त नकल विरोधी कानून, जबरन कन्वर्जन को रोकने के लिए सख्त कानून जैसे लिए गए निर्णयों की पूरे देश में सराहना हो रही है। मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा प्रदेश में प्राकृतिक खेती को प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए 1950 हेक्टेयर में नमामि गंगे प्राकृतिक कृषि कॉरिडोर योजना एवं 6400 हेक्टेयर में मुख्यमंत्री प्राकृतिक कृषि योजना प्रारम्भ की गई है। इसके द्वारा अगले 3 वर्षों में प्रदेश के 15000 से अधिक किसान लाभान्वित होंगे। मंत्री जोशी ने कहा प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के कुशल मार्गदर्शन और उत्तराखंड में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में राज्य सरकार प्रदेश के चौमुखी विकास के लिए संकल्पबद्ध है।
