उन्होंने बताया कि प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र पिलखी (Type-B) को 30 शैय्यायुक्त सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र (CHC) के रूप में उच्चीकृत किया गया है तथा इस संबंध में शासनादेश भी जारी कर दिया गया है। उच्चीकरण के बाद शासन द्वारा 36 नए पदों (26 नियमित + 10 आउटसोर्सिंग) का सृजन किया गया है, ताकि स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के संचालन में किसी प्रकार की बाधा न आए। ये सभी पद 28 फरवरी 2026 तक अस्थायी रूप से स्वीकृत किए गए हैं, जिन्हें आवश्यकता अनुसार आगे बढ़ाया जा सकेगा।
प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने इस निर्णय के लिए मुख्यमंत्री का आभार व्यक्त किया।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि सरकार का लक्ष्य पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को मैदानों के समान स्तर पर विकसित करना है। उन्होंने कहा कि पिलखी में 30 बेड के CHC की स्वीकृति से हजारों लोगों को बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सेवाएँ मिलेंगी और नए पदों के सृजन से क्षेत्रीय युवाओं को रोजगार के अवसर भी प्राप्त होंगे।
उन्होंने कहा, “पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को मजबूत करना हमारी सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकताओं में है। हमारी सरकार ‘हर घर स्वास्थ्य, हर व्यक्ति स्वस्थ’ के संकल्प के साथ तेजी से काम कर रही है।”
सीएम धामी ने प्रतिनिधिमंडल को आश्वस्त किया कि घनसाली क्षेत्र की स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं को गंभीरता से लिया गया है तथा पिलखी स्वास्थ्य केंद्र को चरणबद्ध तरीके से उन्नत किया जाएगा। भवन सुधार, आवश्यक पदों की तैनाती और चिकित्सा सुविधाओं के विस्तार पर शीघ्र कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
