प्रदेश के कृषि एवं कृषक कल्याण मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने देहरादून स्थित एक निजी होटल में 13 से 16 मई तक आयोजित होने वाला चार दिवसीय उत्तराखण्ड श्री अन्न (मिलेट) महोत्सव के संबंध में प्रेस वार्ता की।
प्रेसवार्ता को सम्बोधित करते हुए कृषि मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी की दूरदर्शिता के कारण संयुक्त राष्ट संघ द्वारा भारत सरकार के प्रस्ताव के क्रम में इस वर्ष 2023 को अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय मिलेट वर्ष के रूप में मनाया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में मिलेट फसलों को श्री अन्न के रूप में पहचान दी गयी है। इसी क्रम में उत्तराखण्ड में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में राज्य सरकार द्वारा भी श्री अन्न (मिलेट) फसलों मोटे अनाज के प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए विशेष प्रयास किये जा रहे है। उन्होंने कहा जनवरी माह में मुख्यमंत्री आवास पर मार्च माह में गैरसैंण में विधानसभा बजट सत्र के दौरान समस्त विधानसभा सदस्य तथा आम जनमानस के लिए मिलेट भोज का आयोजन किया गया। इसी प्रकार 25 अप्रैल से 03 मई, 2023 तक कृषक महोत्सव का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमें उत्तराखण्ड के समस्त न्याय पंचायतों के स्तर पर कृषक रथ के माध्यम से उत्तराखण्ड राज्य के मोटे अनाज (मिलेट फसलों) का प्रचार-प्रसार किया गया।
मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने खुशी व्यक्त कर करते कहा कि भारत सरकार के इसी संकल्प को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए श्री अन्न फसलों के प्रचार-प्रसार हेतु 13 से 16 मई, 2023 ( चार दिवसीय ) तक सर्वे ऑफ इण्डिया, हाथीबडकला, देहरादून स्थित सर्वे ग्राउण्ड में प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा श्री अन्न महोत्सव का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य श्री अन्न फसलों के स्वास्थ्य लाभ एवं इनके महत्तवता का आम जनमानस के मध्य प्रचार-प्रसार करना है। मंत्री ने कहा चार दिवसीय इस महोत्सव में राज्य में मिलेट्स की अपार संभावनाओं पर मंथन किया जायेगा और जो मंथन उसमे निकलकर आएगा उसे प्रदेश सरकार धरातल पर उतराने का कार्य करेगी।
महोत्सव में मिलेट से सम्बन्धित कुल 134 स्टॉल लगाये जायेंगे। जिसमें कृषि एवं रेखीय विभागों के 17 स्टॉल, सरकारी एवं गैरसरकारी कृषि विश्वविद्यालय / कॉलेज के यथा पन्तनगर विश्वविद्यालय, भरसार विश्वविद्यालय विवेकानन्द पर्वतीय कृषि अनुसंधान संस्थान अल्मोड़ा, हिमगिरी जी- विश्वविद्यालय, माया ग्रुप ऑफ कोलजेज, श्री गुरू राम राय विश्वविद्यालय, उत्तराचंल विश्वद्यिालय, ग्राफिक ऐरा यूनिवर्सिटी, डॉल्फिन पी०जी० संस्थान, एल्पाइन कॉलेज, देवभूमि विश्वविद्यालय, दून पी०जी० कॉलेज, पेट्रोलियम यूनिवर्सिटी आदि के 10 स्टॉल, इण्डियन इन्स्टिटयूट ऑफ मिलेट रिसर्च ऑफ हैदराबाद, एन0आर0एल0एम0 के समूह, कृषि यंत्रीकरण, जैविक समूह, भारतीय प्रबन्धन संस्थान (आई०आई०एम०) काशीपुर के स्टार्टअप, पंतजलि योगपीठ, उद्योग विभाग के स्टॉल लगाये जायेंगे। जिससे हमारे कृषक बन्धु तथा आम जनमानस श्री अन्न फसलों के सम्बन्ध में किये जा रहे नवाचार तथा विभिन्न तकनीकियों से अवगत हो सकेंगे। साथ ही फूड कोर्ट का स्टॉल भी लगाया जा रहा है। जिसमें मिलेट से सम्बन्धित विभिन्न प्रकार के खाद्य पदार्थ उपलब्ध होंगे। इसके अतिरिक्त महोत्सव में श्री अन्न केन्द्रित चर्चाऐं, वैज्ञानिक सत्र, सम्बन्धित संस्थानों, कृषि विश्वविद्यालयों और स्टार्टअप द्वारा प्रस्तुतियां भी प्रदान की जायेगी।
उन्होंने कहा श्री अन्न महोत्सव के उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम में केंद्रीय कृषि मंत्री नरेन्द्र सिंह तोमर, मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में प्रतिभाग करेंगे। तथा 14 मई को केन्द्रीय राज्य कृषि मंत्री कैलाश चौधरी शामिल होंगे। इसके अतिरिक्त उत्तर प्रदेश, हरियाणा, मध्य प्रदेश के कृषि मंत्री भी विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में कार्यक्रम में शिरकत करेंगे। इस कार्यक्रम में पूरे प्रदेश से लगभग 10000 कृषकों द्वारा कृषि विभाग के माध्यम से प्रतिभाग कराया जा रहा है एवं इण्डियन इन्स्टिटयूट ऑफ मिलेट रिसर्च ऑफ हैदराबाद, प्रदेश के सरकारी एवं गैर-सरकारी कृषि विश्वविद्यालय / कालेजों के विद्यार्थियों, ग्राम्य विकास के कृषक समूहों, प्रमुख होटल व्यवसायी, स्टार्टअप आदि द्वारा प्रतिभाग किया जा रहा है। इसके अतिरिक्त श्री अन्न महोत्सव में रंगारंग सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम भी प्रस्तुत किये जायेंगे जिसमें उत्तराखण्ड के प्रसिद्ध लोक कलाकारों जैसे नरेन्द्र नेगी, सौरभ मैठाणी, प्रीतम भरतवाण, माया उपाध्याय सहित कई कलाकारों द्वारा सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियां दी जायेंगी। इसके अतिरिक्त अनन्त गोपाल संगीत मंच एवं पर्वतीय रंगमंच, पौड़ी द्वारा मिलेट पर नाट्य मंचन एवं स्वागत गीत प्रस्तुत किया जायेगा।
मंत्री ने कहा कार्यक्रम के मुख्य आकर्षण के रूप में उत्तराखण्ड के मोटे अनाज ( मिलेट) से सम्बन्धित उत्पादों की प्रदर्शनी, उत्तराखण्ड के प्रमुख समूहों द्वार मिलेट उत्पाद व अन्य उत्पादों का प्रदर्शन, स्टार्टअप के द्वारा उत्पादों का प्रर्दशन, प्रदेश के प्रमुख होटलों द्वारा फूड फेस्टिवल एंव प्रदेश के प्रमुख लोक-कलाकारों द्वारा प्रस्तुत सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम की झांकिया रहेंगी। श्री अन्न महोत्सव में 13 मई को मिलेट फसलों पर तकनीकि सत्र भी आयोजित किया जायेगा। तथा 14 मई को मिलेट फसलों के सम्बन्ध में उद्यमिता सत्र आयोजित किया जायेगा और 15 मई को ग्राम्य विकास विभाग / एन0आर0एल0एम0 से सम्बन्धित कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये जायेंगे। तथा 16 मई को कार्यक्रम का समापन समारोह आयोजित किया जायेगा।
इस अवसर पर कृषि निदेशक गौरीशंकर, सिद्दार्थ अग्रवाल, जोगेंद्र पुंडीर आदि उपस्थित रहे।
