देहरादून – प्रदेश के कृषि एवं कृषक कल्याण मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने आज प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के जन्मदिवस को सेवा पखवाड़ा के रूप में मानते हुए दिव्यांग कृषक सम्मान समारोह और प्राकृतिक एवं जैविक कृषि जागरूकता कार्यक्रम में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि प्रतिभाग किया । कार्यक्रम का आयोजन कृषि विभाग द्वारा देहरादून रिंग रोड़ स्थित किसान भवन में किया गया। कार्यक्रम में रायपुर विधायक उमेश शर्मा काऊ भी उपस्थित रहे।
इस अवसर पर कृषि मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने किसान भवन में लगे जैविक हाट स्टोलो का निरीक्षण भी किया। इस अवसर पर कृषि विभाग के अधिकारियों द्वारा राष्ट्र स्तरीय जैविक इण्डिया अवॉर्ड में उत्तराखंड को जैविक उत्पाद में मिला प्रथम पुरुस्कार एवं हैदराबाद में आईआईएमआर द्वारा आयोजित अवार्ड समारोह में उत्तराखंड को बेस्ट पर्फोमिंग स्टेट इन प्रमोटिंग ऑर्गेनिक मिलेट्स के लिए पोषक अनाज अवॉर्ड को मंत्री गणेश जोशी को सौंपा। वहीं कार्यक्रम में कृषकों को प्राकृतिक एवं जैविक खेती के बारे में जानकारी दी गई। कार्यक्रम के तहत मंत्री जोशी ने जनपद देहरादून के दिव्यांग एंव जैविक कृषकों को बहुउपयोगी कृषि यंत्र किट लगभग 150 कृषकों को वितरित की गयी है साथ ही कृषकों को जैविक कृषि के क्षेत्र में उत्तम कार्य हेतु सम्मानित किया गया।
मंत्री जोशी ने कह कि प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा जैविक कृषि क्षेत्रफल बढाने के निरन्तर प्रयास किये जा रहे है। गत वर्षों में जैविक क्षेत्र में विभिन्न योजनाओं के माध्यम से 2.17 लाख है० क्षेत्रफल आच्छादित किया गया है. जो कुल कृषि क्षेत्रफल का 34 प्रतिशत है। इसके अतिरिक्त वर्ष 2022-23 से राज्य में 11 जनपदों के 6400 है0 क्षेत्रफल में प्राकृतिक खेती योजना का संचालन किया जाना प्रस्तावित है। उक्त कार्यक्रम के अन्तर्गत कृषि लागत में कमी करके किसानों की आय में वृद्धि तथा मृदा स्वास्थ्य एंव पर्यावरण संरक्षण पर विशेष बल दिया जायेगा।
मंत्री जोशि ने कहा कि प्राकृतिक खेती का उददेश्य उत्पादन की लागत को लगभग शून्य तक लाना है। इस पद्धति में कृषकों द्वारा अपने खेत पर उपलब्ध निवेशों से ही कृषि कार्य किया जायेगा। ऐसे समय में जब रसायन खेती के परिणामस्वरूप मिट्टी और पर्यावरण पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव हो रहा है, प्राकृतिक खेती से शून्य लागत वाली पर्यावरण के अनुकूल कृषि पद्धति निश्चित रूप से एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है। वहीं मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के कुशल मार्गदर्शन में लगातार प्रयास में जुटे हुए है। प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में सरकार द्वारा किसानों के लिए कई योजनाएं संचालित की गई है, मंत्री जोशी ने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार का जो संकल्प है कि जब राज्य 25 वर्ष में प्रवेश करेगा तो हम किसानों की आय दुगनी करने के साथ ही अपने उत्पादों को भी दुगना करेंगे इस दिशा में प्रदेश सरकार लगातार कार्य कर रही है।
