देहरादून – मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि वर्ष 2025 तक ड्रग्स फ्री देवभूमि के लिए मिशन मोड में काम किया जाए। इसके लिये सभी संबंधित विभाग मिलकर काम करें। मुख्यमंत्री सचिवालय में नार्को कॉर्डिनेशन (NCORD) की बैठक की अध्यक्षता कर रहे थे।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड को नशामुक्त करने के लिए सभी को जिम्मेदारी और समन्वय से कार्य करना है। वर्ष 2025 तक ड्रग्स फ्री देवभूमि का लक्ष्य हासिल करना है। एक ओर जहां ड्रग्स सप्लायर्स पर कङा प्रहार करना है, वही दूसरी ओर बच्चों और युवाओं को ड्रग्स की चपेट में आने से बचाना है। ड्रग्स सप्लाई की चेन को तोडने के लिए पुलिस विभाग मुखबिर तंत्र को और मजबूत करे। ड्रग्स नेटवर्क को तोडने के लिए पुलिस, आबकारी व ड्रग्स कंट्रोलर मिलकर काम करें।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ड्रग्स लेने वाले बच्चों और युवाओं की सही तरीके से काउंसलिंग की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए। काॅलेजो में एडमिशन के समय विशेष काउंसिल की जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ड्रग्स लेते हुए पकङे जाने वाले बच्चों के साथ अपराधियों की तरह बर्ताव न करके उनके पुनर्वास पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए। कालेजों में पेरेन्ट्स टीचर्स मीटिंग नियमित रूप से की जाएं। समाज कल्याण व अन्य विभाग युवाओं की जागरूकता पर फोकस करें। इसके लिये सोशल मीडिया व अन्य मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग किया जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेश में दो सरकारी नशामुक्ति केंद्र बनाने के निर्देश दिये। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इसमें जरूरी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध होने के साथ स्किल डेवलपमेंट पर भी ध्यान दिया जाए। सभी संबंधित विभागों को लेते हुए एंटी ड्रग्स टास्कफोर्स को एक्टिव किया जाए। निजी नशामुक्ति केंद्रों के लिए सख्त गाइडलाइन बनाकर उस पर फालोअप किया जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने अपर मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूङी को ड्रग्स फ्री देवभूमि अभियान की नियमित समीक्षा करने के निर्देश दिये। जिला स्तर पर डीएम भी लगातार माॅनिटरिंग करे।
बैठक में अपर मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूङी, डीजीपी अशोक कुमार, प्रमुख सचिव एल फैनई, सचिव शैलेश बगोली, राधिका झा, डाॅ. पंकज कुमार पाण्डे, दीपेंद्र चौधरी, डीआईजी रिद्धिम अग्रवाल सहित वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
