मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कोटाबाग में दो दिवसीय घोड़ा लाइब्रेरी पहाड़ पच्छयाड़ महोत्सव का शुभारंभ किया। उन्होंने नैनीताल, कालाढूंगी और हल्द्वानी के लिए 114.69 करोड़ के विकास कार्यों की सौगात दी। धामी ने घोड़ा लाइब्रेरी की सराहना करते हुए बच्चों को लोकसंस्कृति, पुस्तकों और प्रकृति से जुड़ने का आह्वान किया। उन्होंने शिक्षा को आधुनिक बनाने और पुस्तकों को जीवन का अभिन्न अंग बनाने पर जोर दिया, साथ ही कई परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास व लोकार्पण भी किया।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कालाढूंगी विधानसभा क्षेत्र के अटल उत्कृष्ट राइंका कोटाबाग में आयोजित दो दिवसीय घोड़ा लाईब्रेरी पहाड़ पच्छयाड़ महोत्सव का शुभारंभ किया। मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने नैनीताल,कालाढूंगी व हल्द्धानी क्षेत्र में विकास कार्यों के लिए 114 करोड़ 69 लाख 46 हजार की सौगात दी।
उन्होंने प्रसिद्ध घोड़ा लाइब्रेरी की ऊर्जावान टीम द्वारा आयोजित लोकसंस्कृति, पुस्तकों एवं प्रकृति को समर्पित इस पच्छयाण महोत्सव के सफल आयोजन हेतु बधाई देते हुए कहा कि यह अनोखी घोड़ा लाइब्रेरी वास्तव में हमारे पहाड़ी और दुर्गम क्षेत्रों में निवास करने वाले बच्चों के लिए आशा की एक किरण है, जो दुर्गम रास्तों, सीमित संसाधनों और कठिन परिस्थितियों के बावजूद ज्ञान का उजाला उनके घर-आँगन तक पहुँचाने का कार्य कर रही है।
यह अनूठी पहल दुर्गम पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में घोड़े के माध्यम से पुस्तकें पहुंचाने भर तक सिमित नहीं है बल्कि उनके सपनों को उड़ान देने और भविष्य को दिशा देने का माध्यम भी बन रही है। ये ज्ञान, संस्कार और सेवा का एक जीवंत प्रतीक है, जो समाज के अंतिम छोर पर खड़े बच्चों को शिक्षा का उजाला प्रदान कर रही है।
रविवार को देहरादून से हेलीपैड से डिग्री कॉलेज पहुंचने के बाद सीएम ने हनुमान मंदिर में पूजा अर्चना कर क्षेत्र की सुख-शांति की कामना की।कार्यक्रम स्थल में पहुंचकर दीप प्रज्जवलित कर कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने जयश्रीराम से अपना संबोधन शुरू किया।कहा घोड़ा लाइब्रेरी द्वारा पच्छयाण महोत्सव के आयोजन के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों को अपनी लोकसंस्कृति, पुस्तकों और प्रकृति से जोड़ने का अद्वितीय प्रयास किया जा रहा है,जो सराहनीय है।
उन्होंने शुभम बधानी व उनकी पूरी टीम को बधाई दी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री जी के कुशल नेतृत्व और मार्गदर्शन में उत्तराखंड राज्य विकास और समृद्धि के नए कीर्तिमान स्थापित कर रहा है। जहां एक ओर, आज शहरों से लेकर सदूर पर्वतीय गांवों तक सड़क, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, पेयजल सहित सभी महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्रों से जुड़े इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर को मजबूत किया जा रहा है।
वहीं, उत्तराखंड सरकार राज्य की सांस्कृतिक विरासत के संरक्षण और संवर्धन की दिशा में भी निरंतर प्रयासरत है। उन्होंने कहा कि देवभूमि उत्तराखंड को विश्व की आध्यात्मिक राजधानी के रूप में स्थापित करने की दिशा में भी सरकार निरंतर कार्य कर रही है।
केदारखंड की भांति ही मानसखंड के पौराणिक मंदिरों के पुनरुत्थान एवं सौंदर्यीकरण हेतु संकल्पित होकर तेजी से कार्य किया जा रहा है। जिसमें नैनीताल जनपद के अंतर्गत सिद्धपीठ नैनादेवी मंदिर के साथ-साथ कैंची धाम, तल्लीताल में हनुमानगढ़ी और मुक्तेश्वर धाम सहित क्षेत्र के विभिन्न पौराणिक मंदिरों का विकास किया जा रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार प्रदेश में शिक्षा व्यवस्था को और अधिक आधुनिक,व्यवहारिक और सुव्यवस्थित बनाने के लिए भी कई स्तरों पर कार्य कर रही है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड देश का पहला ऐसा राज्य बन गया है जहां बुनियादी शिक्षा के लिए ‘राज्य पाठ्यचर्या रूपरेखा’ तैयार की गई है। विद्यालयों में विद्यार्थियों की रचनात्मकता को बढ़ावा देने हेतु ””बस्तारहित दिवस”” को पाठ्यचर्या में शामिल किया गया हैं।
सरकार द्वारा स्थानीय भाषा और संस्कृति के संरक्षण हेतु गढ़वाली, कुमाऊँनी, जौनसारी भाषाओं में भी पुस्तकें तैयार की गई हैं, साथ ही, थारू, बोक्सा, रवांल्टी भाषाओं में शब्दकोश भी बनाए जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में बच्चों में कौशल, उद्यमिता और भारतीय ज्ञान परंपरा को विकसित करने के लिए ‘कौशलम कार्यक्रम’ भी प्रारंभ किया।
सीएम धामी ने कहा की उपस्थित लोगों व छात्र छात्राओं से कहा पुस्तकों को केवल परीक्षा तक ही सीमित न रखें, बल्कि उन्हें अपने जीवन का अभिन्न हिस्सा बनाएँ। उन्होंने कहा कि पुस्तकों के माध्यम से प्राप्त ज्ञान न केवल आपके शैक्षणिक जीवन को सशक्त बनाएगा, बल्कि आपके चरित्र, आपकी सोच और आपके भविष्य को भी नई दिशा प्रदान करेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने इन योजनाओं का किया शिलान्यास व लोकर्पण
सीएम धामी ने 1 करोड़ 95 लाख 79 हजार रुपए की लागत के दो योजनाओं का लोकार्पण व 112 करोड़ 73 लाख 67 हजार रूपये की लागत के 10 योजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया । 91 लाख 23 हजार की लागत से पशु चिकित्सालय नैनीताल में भवन का निर्माण व 1 करोड़ 4 लाख 56 हजार की लागत से माननीय मुख्यमंत्री घोषणा अंतर्गत विकास खण्ड कोटाबाग के ग्राम पंचायत आंवलाकोट के तोक भटलानी में स्थित प्राचीन हनुमान मंदिर का जीर्णोद्धार एवं सौंदर्यीकरण का लोकापर्ण किया है।
28 करोड़ 21 लाख 38 हजार की लागत से कालाढूंगी विधानसभा क्षेत्र अंतर्गत राजकीय आई टी आई डहरिया में 33/11 केवी उपसस्थान एवं 33 केवी लाईन का निर्माण कार्य किया जाएगा,32 करोड़ 58 लाख 69 हजार की लागत से कालाढूंगी विधानसभा क्षेत्र अंतर्गत जयपुर पाडली में 33/11 केवी उपसस्थान एवं 33 केवी लाईन का निर्माण कार्य किया जाएगा,17 करोड़ 12 लाख 62 हजार की लागत से हल्द्वानी विधानसभा क्षेत्र अंतर्गत काठगोदाम में 33/11 केवी उपसस्थान एवं 33 केवी लाईन तथा 132/33 केवी उप संस्थान परिसर का निर्माण कार्य किया जाएगा, 31लाख 48 हजार रुपये की लागत से राज्य योजनान्तर्गत जनपद नैनीताल के विधानसभा क्षेत्र कालाढूंगी के ग्राम फुलचौड़ में मां तुलसी विहार में पी सी द्वारा मार्ग का निर्माण किया जाएगा।
1 करोड़ 83 लाख 47 हजार की लागत से राज्य योजनान्तर्गत जनपद नैनीताल के विधानसभा क्षेत्र कालाढूंगी के निगम नाला वाला मार्ग का पी सी द्वारा पुनर्निर्माण का कार्य एवं सोबन राम के घर से सुरेश भट्ट के घर तक मार्ग का नव निर्माण किया जाएगा, 3 करोड़ 19 लाख 20 हजार की लागत से राज्य योजनान्तर्गत माननीय मुख्यमंत्री घोषणा अंतर्गत जनपद नैनीताल काठगोदाम- चोरगलिया सितारगंज- बिजटी राज्यमार्ग संख्या 41 के किलोमीटर 36 में निहाल नदी पर 24 मीटर विस्तार आर सी सी सेतु का नव निर्माण का कार्य किया जाएगा।
3 करोड़ 88 लाख 80 हजार की लागत से राज्य योजनान्तर्गत जनपद नैनीताल के कालाढूंगी विधानसभा क्षेत्र में राजकीय प्राथमिक विद्यालय भगवानपुर (घुनी संख्या-2) से राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज लामाचौड़ होते हुए कालाढूंगी मुख्य मार्ग तक डीबीएम/बीसी द्वारा सड़क चौड़ीकरण का कार्य किया जाएगा,88 लाख 13 हजार की लागत से राज्य योजना अंतर्गत जनपद नैनीताल के विधानसभा क्षेत्र कालाढूंगी के रामणी आनसिंह मुख्य मार्ग से साकेत कुंज फेस 3 तक मार्ग का पी सी द्वारा नवनिर्माण कार्य किया जाएगा।
23 करोड़ 74 लाख की लागत से निक्षेप(जिला विकास प्राधिकरण) के अंतर्गत जिले के विकास खण्ड हल्द्वानी में आईटीआई क्रासिंग से हुंडई शोरूम रामपुर रोड और गौलापार फीडर नहर के पास एसटीएच से मेहता चेरिटेबल हॉस्पिटल मार्ग में नहर कवरिंग के उपरांत मार्ग के चौड़ीकरण का कार्य किया जाएगा,95 लाख 90 हजार की लागत से विधानसभा क्षेत्र कालाढूंगी अंतर्गत राजकीय महाविद्यालय कोटाबाग में मैदान समतलीकरण, चहार दिवारी का निर्माण कार्य किया जाएगा।
