प्रदेश के कृषि एवं ग्राम्य विकास मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने सोमवार को नेशविला रोड स्थित निजी आवास में पीडब्ल्यूडी के अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की। बैठक में मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने मसूरी विधानसभा क्षेत्र के अन्तर्गत मुख्यमंत्री घोषणा में शामिल सड़को, पुलों, आंतरिक मार्गो के निर्माण कार्यों की प्रगति की अधिकारियों से विस्तार से जानकारी ली।
मंत्री जोशी ने बैठक के दौरान अधिकारियों को सहस्त्रधारा रोड़ का डामरीकरण बारलोगंज चामासारी, सालावाला, विजय कालोनी, सहस्त्रधारा बायपास, अमन विहार, धोरन वाला, दून विहार सहित कई जगहों की आंतरिक सड़क मार्गों के निर्माण कार्यों में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने निर्धरित तिथि पर कार्य पूर्ण करने के भी निर्देश दिए। मंत्री जोशी ने निर्माण कार्यों में इस्तेमाल हो रही सामग्री की गुणवत्ता का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए।
वहीं बैठक में अधिकारियों द्वारा बताया गया कि मुख्यमंत्री घोषणा के अंतर्गत प्रथम चरण के कार्य लगभग पूर्ण हो चुके है। द्वितीय चरण के कार्यों का इस्टीमेट शासन को भेज दिया गया है। वहीं बैठक के दौरान मंत्री जोशी ने सड़क,पुल, आंतरिक मार्गो में आ रही फोरेस्ट क्लिरेंस की दिक्कतों को शीघ्र दूर कर निर्माण कार्यों को जल्द शुरू करने के भी निर्देश दिए।
इस अवसर पर ज़िला पंचायत उपाध्यक्ष दीपक पुंडीर, बीर सिंह, अधीक्षण अभियंता प्रत्युश कुमार, अधिशासी अभियंता डीसी नौटियाल, ए. ई. पीवी सिंह, कपिल कुमार आदि उपस्थित रहे।
