मसूरी/देहरादून : विश्व स्वास्थ्य दिवस के अवसर पर, भारत के अग्रणी रियल एस्टेट डेवलपर डीएलएफ लिमिटेड की परोपकारी शाखा, डीएलएफ फाउंडेशन ने सभी के लिए स्वास्थ्य सेवा तक बेहतर पहुंच प्रदान करने हेतु सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य प्रणालियों का समर्थन करते हुये उप-जिला अस्पताल, मसूरी को एक अत्याधुनिक सीटी स्कैन मशीन डोनेट की। यह सीटी स्कैन मशीन उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति में डोनेट की गई, जिन्होंने मसूरी और आसपास के क्षेत्रों के निवासियों को बेहतर और अधिक सुलभ स्वास्थ्य सेवा प्रदान करने के प्रयासों के लिए डीएलएफ फाउंडेशन के इस पहल की सराहना भी की। वही इस अवसर पर गायत्री पॉल, सीईओ, डीएलएफ फाउंडेशन, गणेश जोशी, कृषि मंत्री, सैनिक कल्याण और ग्रामीण विकास, उत्तराखंड और अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्ति भी इस अवसर पर उपस्थित रहे।
इस पहल के लिए डीएलएफ फाउंडेशन को बधाई देते हुए उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा, ” सभी के लिए स्वास्थ्य सेवा सुलभ बनाने हेतु मैं डीएलएफ फाउंडेशन के विचारशील प्रयासों की सराहना करता हूँ। मसूरी के लोगों, विशेष रूप से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले लोगों को अब सीटी स्कैन सेवाओं का लाभ उठाने के लिए दूर की यात्रा करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।”
यह अत्याधुनिक सीटी स्कैन मशीन विशेष रूप से देहरादून, नई टिहरी और उत्तरकाशी जिले के दूरदराज के इलाकों से अस्पताल आने वाले मरीजों के लिए फायदेमंद साबित होगी।
डीएलएफ फाउंडेशन की सीईओ गायत्री पॉल ने कहा, “हमारा मानना है कि यह सीटी स्कैन सुविधा उप जिला अस्पताल में सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य के बुनियादी ढांचे को मजबूत करेगी और वंचितों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण स्वास्थ्य सेवा प्रदान करेगी। यह पहल हमारी ओर से एक छोटा सा प्रयास है जो सुनिश्चित करेगी कि चिकित्सा सेवाएं सभी के लिए सुलभ और सस्ती हों”
ज्ञात हो कि डीएलएफ फाउंडेशन ने अपनी निरंतर सीएसआर गतिविधियों के हिस्से के रूप में 2021 में भी लैंडोर सामुदायिक अस्पताल, मसूरी को एक आपातकालीन वेंटिलेशन मशीन भी प्रदान की थी।
