मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एस.एस. संधु की अध्यक्षता में गुरुवार को सचिवालय मे नाबार्ड के तहत् ग्रामीण अवसंरचना विकास निधि के लिए उच्च अधिकार प्राप्त समिति की बैठक संपन्न हुई। मुख्य सचिव ने सभी सम्बन्धित विभागों को ग्रामीण अवसंरचना विकास के तहत प्रस्तावों को शीघ्र नाबार्ड को भेजे जाने के निर्देश दिए।
मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि विभागों को जो लक्ष्य दिए गए हैं वह न्यूनतम राशि निर्धारित की गई है, प्रस्ताव इससे अधिक के भेजे जाने चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि छोटी योजनाओं को क्लब करके बड़े प्रस्ताव भी भेजे जा सकते हैं। उन्होंने विभागों द्वारा डीपीआर भेजे जाने हेतु समय सीमा भी निर्धारित किए जाने के निर्देश दिए। कहा कि 60 प्रतिशत डीपीआर जून माह तक, 30 प्रतिशत जुलाई 15 तक एवं बाकी की 10 प्रतिशत डीपीआर अगस्त माह तक आवश्यक रूप से जमा करा दी जाएं।
मुख्य सचिव ने लोक निर्माण विभाग को पूरे प्रदेश की सड़कों को दुरुस्त किए जाने हेतु अगले 2-3 सालों का प्लान तैयार किए जाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि पीएमजीएसवाई की सड़कों की मरम्मत के लिए भी आरआईडीएफ में प्रस्ताव भेजे जाएं। उन्होंने प्रस्ताव को पीएम गतिशक्ति उत्तराखण्ड पोर्टल पर भी अपलोड किए जाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि योजनाओं की मॉनिटरिंग पोर्टल के माध्यम से ही की जाएगी। मुख्य सचिव ने सभी सचिवों को प्रदेश में अवसंरचना विकास के लिए अच्छे और वैल्यू फॉर मनी प्रोजेक्ट तैयार किए जाने की बात भी कही।
इस अवसर पर सचिव दिलीप जावलकर, डॉ. बी.वी.आर.सी. पुरुषोत्तम, डॉ. पंकज कुमार पाण्डेय, रविनाथ रमन, दीपेन्द्र कुमार चौधरी एवं नाबार्ड से डॉ. सुमन कुमार सहित अन्य उच्चाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
