टीडीसी के प्रबंध निदेशक एवम जिलाधिकारी युगल किशोर पंत ने बताया कि निगम द्वारा वर्तमान रबी सत्र में गेहूॅ असंसाधित बीज क्रय करने हेतु पूर्ण व्यवस्थाये कर ली गयी है। कृषको को उनके आपूर्तित उत्पाद का भुगतान 72 घंटे की समय सीमा के अन्तर्गत किया जायेगा और कृषकों को अपनी उपज के भुगतान हेतु परेशान नहीं होना पड़ेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि समय से भुगतान होने से किसाओं को विभिन्न दिक्कतों का सामना नहीं करना पड़ेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि कृषकों को संयंत्रो पर अन्तःग्रहण सुचारू रूप से कराने हेतु सभी व्यवस्थायें सुनिश्चित की गयी है। निदेशक मण्डल द्वारा वर्ष 2023-24 हेतु 20 करोड रुपए की कार्यशील पूूॅजी की व्यवस्था की गई है।उन्होंने बताया कि निगम द्वारा वर्ष 2022-23 में कार्यशील पूॅजी की व्यवस्था हेतु प्राप्त कैश क्रेडिट लिमिट का पूर्ण भुगतान 31 मार्च से पूर्व कर दिया गया है जो निगम द्वारा गतवर्ष में बीज विक्रय में किये गये अथक प्रयासो का परिणाम है।*
उन्होंने बताया कि विगत दिवस देहरादून में अपर मुख्य सचिव एवं कृषि उत्पादन आयुक्त, उत्तराखण्ड शासन एवं निगम अध्यक्ष आनन्द वर्धन महोदय की अध्यक्षता में निगम के निदेशक मण्डल की 243वीं बैठक ए0पी0सी0 सभाकक्ष उत्तराखण्ड सचिवालय, देहरादून में आहूत की गयी । बैठक अपर मुख्य सचिव एवं कृषि उत्पादन आयुक्त, उत्तराखण्ड शासन एवं निगम अध्यक्ष आनन्द वर्धन महोदय की अध्यक्षता में आहूत की गयी । जिसमें गत वर्ष 2022-23 में निगम द्वारा किये गये मुख्य कार्यो की प्रगति से अवगत कराया गया तथा भावी कार्य कलापो के सम्बन्ध में विस्तृत चर्चा की गयी। साथ ही वर्ष 2021-22 के वार्षिक लेखो का अनुमोदन कराया गया। निगम के पुर्नोत्थान के लिए सुदृढ रणनीति तैयार करने के निर्देश दिये गये। भविष्य में निगम के सशक्तिकरण हेतु सभी आवश्यक प्रयास किये जायेगे, जिससे बीज उत्पादको के हित सुरक्षित रहे तथा निगम अपनी साख के अनुरूप उत्तराखण्ड व अन्य राज्यों यथा उत्तर प्रदेश, बिहार,ं झारखण्ड ईत्यादि राज्यों में बीज की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित कराते हुए व्यवसायिक लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त कर सके।
