कैंप कार्यालय में प्रगति पोर्टल विषय पर आयोजित प्रेसवार्ता में मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से केंद्र सरकार के वित्तीय सहयोग से उत्तराखंड में 3.50 लाख करोड़ की 42 परियोजनाओं की निगरानी की जा रही है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि सामरिक दृष्टि से महत्वपूर्ण ऋषिकेश-कर्णप्रयाग रेल पर्यटन की लाइफ लाइन साबित होगी। चारधाम में आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं के अलावा पर्यटकों का सफर सुगम होगा।
सीएम कैंप कार्यालय में प्रगति पोर्टल विषय पर आयोजित प्रेसवार्ता में मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से केंद्र सरकार के वित्तीय सहयोग से उत्तराखंड में 3.50 लाख करोड़ की 42 परियोजनाओं की निगरानी की जा रही है। इसमें 11967 करोड़ की 10 परियोजनाओं का काम पूरा हो चुका है। जबकि 3.38 करोड़ की 32 परियोजनाओं पर काम चल रहा है। केंद्र सरकार से इस वित्तीय वर्ष में पूंजीगत निवेश के लिए उत्तराखंड को 1800 करोड़ की विशेष सहायता दी है।
सीएम ने कहा परियोजनाओं के निर्माण कार्य निगरानी व जन शिकायतों के समाधान के लिए प्रगति पोर्टल बनाया गया है। आत्मनिर्भर व विकसित भारत के सपने को साकार करने में इस पोर्टल की अहम भूमिका है। 2014 के बाद से देश में इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर, परिवहन, रेलवे, आईटी, स्वास्थ्य सेवा, हवाई सेवा की योजनाएं तेजी से आगे बढ़ी हैं। वर्तमान समय में प्रगति पोर्टल के माध्यम से उत्तराखंड में 3.50 लाख करोड़ लागत की 42 परियोजनाओं की निगरानी की जा रही है। अब तक पूरी हो चुकी 10 परियोजनाओं में सड़क, नेशनल हाईवे के चार, ऑयल एवं गैस के तीन, विद्युत उत्पादन के एक, नागरिक उड्डयन अवस्थापना विकास का एक व शिक्षा क्षेत्र में एक परियोजना शामिल है।
परियोजनाओं का काम चल रहा है। इसमें सड़क और राजमार्ग की 19 परियोजनाएं, आईटी की तीन, ऊर्जा उत्पादन की तीन, रेलवे की दो, कृषि, उद्योग वाणिज्य, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य समेत, अपशिष्ट और जल प्रबंधन में एक-एक परियोजना शामिल हैं। ऋषिकेश-कर्णप्रयाग रेल लाइन से पर्यटन को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। मानसून सीजन में सड़क मार्ग अवरूद्ध होने पर कर्णप्रयाग तक आसानी से रेल से पहुंच सकेंगे। भागीरथी इको सेंसेटिव जोन के कारण जल विद्युत परियोजनाओं में आ रहे अवरोधों व चुनौतियों को दूर करने का केंद्र व राज्य प्रयास कर रही है।

केंद्र सरकार ने पूंजीगत निवेश के लिए राज्यों को विशेष सहायता योजना के तहत उत्तराखंड को 1800 करोड़ की वित्तीय सहायता स्वीकृत हुई है। उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी व केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण के प्रति आभार जताते हुए कहा कि यह वित्तीय सहायता प्रधानमंत्री की प्रेरणा से इस दशक को उत्तराखंड का दशक बनाने और विकसित उत्तराखंड के विजन को साकार करने में मील का पत्थर साबित होगी।
