मुख्यमंत्री ने किया राज्य वन्यजीव सप्ताह 2022 का शुभारंभ, साथ ही कि घोषणा।

देहरादून – मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शनिवार को लच्छीवाला नेचर पार्क में राज्य वन्यजीव सप्ताह 2022 का शुभारंभ किया। इस अवसर पर राजाजी नेशनल पार्क की ऑफिशियल वेबसाइट लॉच की एवं राजाजी नेशनल पार्क के लिए 02 रैपिड रिस्पांस वाहन का लोकार्पण भी किया। वन्यजीवों से हुई मवेशी एवं फसल क्षति के लिए 16 लोगों को मुआवजा चेक भी मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदान किये।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने राज्य वन्यजीव सप्ताह 2022 के शुभारंभ के अवसर पर घोषणा की कि वन्यजीवों द्वारा वयस्क एवं अवयस्क की मृत्यु पर देय अनुग्रह राशि की दर को 4 लाख रूपये से बढ़ाकर 5 लाख रूपये किया जायेगा। गंभीर रूप से घायल व्यक्ति को देय अनुग्रह राशि को 50 हजार रूपये से बढ़ाकर 1 लाख रूपये किया जायेगा। प्रदेश में राजकीय ड्यूटी के दौरान शहीद होने वाले वन कर्मियों के परिजनों को सम्मान स्वरूप 15 लाख रूपये अनुग्रह राशि के रूप में भुगतान किया जायेगा। प्रदेश में जिम कॉर्बेट हैरिटेज ट्रेल की स्थापना की जायेगी। जिसमें कॉर्बेट के जीवन से जुड़े स्थानों को चिन्हित कर वहां पर ईको पर्यटन की विभिन्न गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा दिया जायेगा। इसमें चम्पावत, तल्लादेश, मंच, बूम, कालाढूंगा, चूका, दूर्गा पीपल, देवीधूरा, चौगढ़, कालाढूंगी, नैनीताल, मोहान, काठ की नाव, कांडा, मुक्तेश्वर एवं रूद्रप्रयाग जैसे स्थानो पर विशेष पट्टिका का निर्माण किया जायेगा, इसके साथ ही ट्रैक मार्गों का जीर्णोद्धार किया जायेगा और होम स्टे को बढ़ावा दिया जायेगा।

मुख्यमंत्री ने घोषणा की कि वन विभाग द्वारा शिक्षा विभाग के सहयोग से प्रदेश के विद्यालयों में छात्र-छात्राओं के बीच मानव-वन्यजीव संघर्ष के निवारण की जानकारी का व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार किया जायेगा। प्रदेश में मानव-वन्यजीव संघर्ष निवारण में सकारात्मक सहयोग एवं त्वरित कार्यवाही के लिए 10 संवेदनशील वन प्रभागों में त्वरित कार्यवाही दल का गठन किया जायेगा, 05 स्थानों पर त्वरित कार्यवाही दल का गठन पहले ही किया जा चुका है। भारत सरकार से कॉर्बेट टाइगर रिजर्व के बफर क्षेत्र में गर्जिया पर्यटन जोन को प्रारम्भ करने के लिए अनुमति प्रदान हो चुकी है, इसे शीघ्र ही प्रारंभ किया जायेगा। शिवालिक एलीफेंट रिजर्व की पुनर्स्थापना की जायेगी।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने इस अवसर पर वन विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि प्रत्येक जिले में प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य से भरपूर एक-एक नए पर्यटन स्थल को विकसित किए जाएं। नये पर्यटन स्थलों का निर्माण में विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए कि उनके प्राकृतिक स्वरूप से अधिक छेड़छाड न हो। उन्होंने कहा कि वन्यजीव हमारी आस्था और संस्कृति के अभिन्न अंग हैं। हमारी संस्कृति में देवताओं के साथ वन्यजीवों को भी पूजनीय माना गया है। वन्यजीवों के संवर्धन एवं संरक्षण की जिम्मेदारी सबकी है। मानव एवं वन्य जीव संघर्ष को कम करने की दिशा में तेजी से कार्य करना होगा।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी की प्रेरणा से राज्य में इकोनॉमी और ईकोलॉजी में सामंजस्य स्थापित करने के लिए अनेक प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। आज संपूर्ण विश्व का वन्यजीव संरक्षण जैसे महत्वपूर्ण एवं संवेदनशील मुद्दे पर ध्यान गया। उन्होंने कहा क्लाइमेट चेंज जैसे गंभीर मुद्दों पर आज विश्व चिंता कर रहा है एवं इन मुद्दों पर दूरदर्शी सोच के साथ कठोर नीति बनाए जाने की आवश्यकता है। पर्यावरण एवं विकास में संतुलन बनाना बहुत जरूरी है।

वन मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल ने कहा कि देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड की परंपराओं में वनों एवं वन्यजीवों का महत्वपूर्ण स्थान है। हमारी आर्थिकी को बढ़ावा देने में भी वनों का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान है। हमारे राज्य के लोग जंगलों वन्य जीव के संरक्षण हेतु बेहद संवेदनशील एवं जागरूक हैं। आर्थिक मजबूती के साथ पर्यावरण की रक्षा हमारी प्राथमिकता है। वनों एवं वन्यजीव को संरक्षित करने का संदेश हमारी संस्कृति में गानों के माध्यम से भी दिया गया है।
