मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने आज शासकीय आवास में आयोजित एक उच्चस्तरीय बैठक में केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह के आगामी 7 मार्च को प्रस्तावित हरिद्वार भ्रमण कार्यक्रम की तैयारियों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि कार्यक्रम की सभी व्यवस्थाएं समयबद्ध, सुव्यवस्थित एवं गरिमापूर्ण ढंग से सुनिश्चित की जाएं, ताकि भ्रमण के दौरान सुरक्षा, यातायात, जनसुविधाओं तथा समन्वय से संबंधित सभी व्यवस्थाएं सुचारु रूप से संचालित हों।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हरिद्वार एक महत्वपूर्ण धार्मिक एवं सांस्कृतिक नगरी है, ऐसे में कार्यक्रम के दौरान श्रद्धालुओं एवं आमजन को किसी प्रकार की असुविधा न हो, इसका विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए। उन्होंने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को चाक-चौबंद रखने, यातायात प्रबंधन के लिए प्रभावी योजना बनाने, पार्किंग व्यवस्था सुदृढ़ करने तथा संबंधित विभागों के मध्य समन्वय बनाए रखने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही कार्यक्रम स्थलों पर स्वच्छता, पेयजल, विद्युत आपूर्ति एवं स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने को भी कहा।
उन्होंने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि कार्यक्रम की प्रत्येक व्यवस्था की नियमित मॉनिटरिंग की जाए तथा किसी भी स्तर पर शिथिलता न बरती जाए, ताकि केन्द्रीय गृह मंत्री का हरिद्वार भ्रमण सफलतापूर्वक एवं सुव्यवस्थित रूप से संपन्न हो सके।
बैठक में गढ़वाल मंडल आयुक्त विनय शंकर पाण्डेय, जिलाधिकारी हरिद्वार मयूर दीक्षित, जिलाधिकारी देहरादून सविन बंसल, अपर सचिव बंशीधर तिवारी सहित संबंधित विभागों के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। इस दौरान अधिकारियों ने मुख्यमंत्री को कार्यक्रम की तैयारियों की प्रगति से अवगत कराया तथा विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों की जानकारी दी।
