शिक्षा व्यवस्था का सशक्त माध्यम बना विद्या समीक्षा केन्द्र
तकनीक व डेटा विश्लेषण के जरिये शिक्षा प्रणाली में हो रहा व्यापक सुधार
छात्रों व शिक्षकों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण साबित हो रहे चैटबॉट व ई-सृजन प्लेटफार्म
उत्तराखंड सरकार द्वारा स्थापित विद्या समीक्षा केन्द्र (VSK) प्रदेश की शिक्षा व्यवस्था में नवाचार, पारदर्शिता और डिजिटल निगरानी का सशक्त माध्यम बनकर उभरा है। इस अभिनव पहल के माध्यम से छात्रों की अधिगम प्रगति, शिक्षकों के प्रशिक्षण तथा विभागीय योजनाओं की निगरानी को डेटा-आधारित किया गया है, जिससे शिक्षण गुणवत्ता, उपस्थिति, प्रशिक्षण एवं संसाधन प्रबंधन में उल्लेखनीय सुधार देखने को मिल रहा है।
विद्यालयी शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत के मार्गदर्शन में प्रदेश की शिक्षा प्रणाली में व्यापक सुधार किए जा रहे हैं। इन्हीं सुधारों के क्रम में नई शिक्षा नीति–2020 के प्रावधानों के तहत विद्या समीक्षा केन्द्र की स्थापना की गई है। इस केन्द्र के माध्यम से प्रदेश में शिक्षा व्यवस्था को अधिक पारदर्शी, जवाबदेह एवं परिणामोन्मुख बनाया जा रहा है। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि विद्या समीक्षा केन्द्र के माध्यम से छात्रों की साप्ताहिक अधिगम प्रगति की सतत निगरानी की जा रही है। इसके लिए सक्षम कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत विषयवार क्विज़ एवं उपचारात्मक शिक्षण सामग्री उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है। वहीं ‘मेरी उपस्थिति’ चैटबॉट के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों की रीयल-टाइम उपस्थिति दर्ज की जा रही है। इसके जरिए लगातार अनुपस्थित छात्रों की पहचान कर समय पर हस्तक्षेप किया जा रहा है, जिससे ड्रॉपआउट दर में कमी लाने में मदद मिल रही है शिक्षकों के लिए ‘शिक्षक सहायक’ चैटबॉट उपयोगी सिद्ध हो रहा है, जिसके माध्यम से पाठ योजनाएं, वर्कशीट और शिक्षण वीडियो उपलब्ध कराए जा रहे हैं। इसके साथ ही ई-सृजन प्लेटफार्म पर शिक्षकों को तकनीकी एवं विषयगत प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जा रहा है। अब तक 92 प्रतिशत शिक्षकों द्वारा प्रशिक्षण पूर्ण किया गया, जो राज्य में क्षमता निर्माण की दिशा में एक बड़ी उपलब्धि है। इसके अतिरिक्त सीआरपी/बीआरपी द्वारा ऑन-साइट मेंटरिंग की निगरानी भी विद्या समीक्षा केन्द्र से की जा रही है।
अधिकारियों ने बताया कि अभिभावकों को विभागीय योजनाओं की जानकारी सरल भाषा में उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से विद्या समीक्षा केन्द्र के अंतर्गत ‘जिज्ञासा’ चैटबॉट प्रारंभ किया गया है। इसके साथ ही आईएफए एवं एनडीडी टैबलेट वितरण, एप्टीट्यूड टेस्ट अंकों का डिजिटलीकरण तथा यू-डाइस प्लस आधारित विश्लेषण जैसी पहलें भी शुरू की गई हैं, जिससे योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में डेटा-आधारित निर्णय संभव हो पा रहे हैं। इसके अलावा निजी एवं सहायता प्राप्त विद्यालयों को भी इस प्लेटफार्म से जोड़ा जा रहा है, ताकि प्रदेश के प्रत्येक नौनिहालों का सर्वांगीण विकास हो सके।
विद्या समीक्षा केंद्र के माध्यम से मूल्यांकन प्रणाली को और अधिक पारदर्शी एवं प्रभावी बनाने के लिए भी नई पहल की गई है। इसके तहत फरवरी 2026 से ग्रेड 4 से 9 के लिए पहल डायग्नोस्टिक असेसमेंट तथा
ग्रेड 1 एवं 2 के लिए निपुण एंडलाइन असेसमेंट में ओसीआर तकनीक के माध्यम से उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं की स्कैनिंग की जाएगी और शिक्षक ऑनलाइन मूल्यांकन कर सकेंगे, जिससे समय की बचत होगी और 2 से 3 दिनों के भीतर मूल्यांकन रिपोर्ट उपलब्ध हो सकेगी।
