उत्तराखंड राज्य स्थापना की रजत जयंती के अवसर पर बृहस्पतिवार को एमबी इंटर कॉलेज के मैदान में पूर्व सैनिक सम्मेलन का आयोजन किया गया। इसमें सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड के सैनिक कल्याण बोर्ड के पुनर्गठन की घोषणा की। सीएम ने कहा कि हल्द्वानी, अल्मोड़ा और पौड़ी में जिला सैनिक कल्याण एवं पुनर्वास अधिकारी कार्यालय के लिए नए भवन व आवास भी बनाए जाएंगे।
हल्द्वानी में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकारी नौकरियों में आवेदन करने वाले पूर्व सैनिक व उनके परिवार के सदस्यों के लिए अधिकतम आयु छूट दो वर्ष की थी जिसे बढ़ाकर अब पांच साल किया जा रहा है। पूर्व सैनिक की मृत्यु पर उनकी अंतिम यात्रा सम्मानपूर्वक निकाली जाएगी। प्रदेश सरकार तत्काल दस हजार रुपये की आर्थिक सहायता राशि भी देगी।सीएम ने प्रदेश में 25 लाख रुपये तक की संपत्ति खरीदने पर पूर्व सैनिक, सैनिक या उनके परिवार वालों को स्टांप ड्यूटी में भी 25 प्रतिशत का छूट देने की बात कही। उन्होंने कहा कि शहीद होने वाले सैनिक के परिवार के एक सदस्य को सरकारी नौकरी देंगे।
उन्होंने कहा कि विभिन्न वीरता पुरस्कार की राशि में भी बढ़ोतरी की गई है। सैनिकों के परिवार के लिए अनुग्रह राशि 10 लाख से बढ़ाकर 50 लाख रुपये कर दी गई है। निशक्त पूर्व सैनिक के अलावा सैनिक की विधवा को आवासीय सहायता के रूप में भी दो लाख रुपये दिए जाएंगे। देहरादून के मुनियाल में बना सैन्य धाम शहीदों के सम्मान की मिसाल है।
पूर्व सैनिक सम्मेलन में ये घोषणाएं हुईं
– राज्य में सैनिक कल्याण बोर्ड का पुनर्गठन किया जाएगा।
– वीरता पुरस्कार की राशि बढ़ाई गई। परमवीर चक्र विजेता को प्रदेश सरकार डेढ़ करोड़ रुपये देगी।
– शौर्य चक्र विजेता को 15 की जगह 25 लाख, सेना मेडल विजेता को सात की जगह 15 और मेंशन पुरस्कार विजेता को 3.5 लाख की जगह 10 लाख रुपये दिए जाएंगे।
– पूर्व सैनिकों के बच्चों के लिए हल्द्वानी में 150 की क्षमता के हॉस्टल का निर्माण होगा।
– अल्मोड़ा, पौड़ी, हल्द्वानी में सैनिक कल्याण बोर्ड के नए भवन बनेंगे।
– अशक्त पूर्व सैनिक व सैनिक की विधवा को दो लाख की आवासीय सहायता दी जाएगी।
– उपनल में अब 50 प्रतिशत भर्ती पूर्व सैनिक की हाेगी।
– सेवारत सैनिकों को 25 लाख की संपत्ति खरीद में 25 प्रतिशत की स्टांप डयूटी में छूट
– पूर्व सैनिक और उनके आश्रितों को सरकारी नौकरी में अधिकतम आयु सीमा में पांच साल की छूट।
पूर्व नहीं सैनिक अभूतपूर्व होता है : धामी
कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए सीएम धामी ने कहा कि सैनिक, पूर्व सैनिक, वीर नारी और पूर्व सैनिकों के परिवार के हित में प्रदेश की भाजपा सरकार कार्य कर रही है। उनका मानना है कि सैनिक कभी भी पूर्व या भूतपूर्व नहीं होता है। वह आजीवन सैनिक ही रहता है और अभूतपूर्व होता है। राज्य आंदोलन में भी वीर नारी, पूर्व सैनिकों का योगदान रहा है। ऐसे में सैनिकों के कल्याण के लिए प्रदेश सरकार कई कदम उठाने जा रही है।आज रक्षा सामग्री निर्यात कर रहा है भारत
