मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी का हल्द्वानी आगमन, जनता से की सीधी संवाद, अधिकारियों को समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के निर्देश
उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के सोमवार को हल्द्वानी आगमन पर स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों, वरिष्ठ प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों और नागरिकों द्वारा जोरदार स्वागत किया गया। मुख्यमंत्री के सर्किट हाउस पहुंचने पर कुमाऊं आयुक्त श्री दीपक रावत एवं पुलिस उपमहानिरीक्षक (आईजी) कुमाऊं श्रीमती रिद्धिम अग्रवाल ने उनका अभिनंदन किया।
जनता से सीधा संवाद, समस्याएं और सुझाव सुने
मुख्यमंत्री ने सर्किट हाउस सभागार में आयोजित जन संवाद कार्यक्रम में आम नागरिकों से सीधे संवाद स्थापित किया। इस दौरान विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से आए सामाजिक संगठन, व्यापारी वर्ग, महिला समूह, किसान प्रतिनिधि, युवा वर्ग और आम जनमानस ने अपने-अपने क्षेत्र की समस्याएं, शिकायतें और सुझाव मुख्यमंत्री के समक्ष रखे।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने जनता को आश्वस्त करते हुए कहा कि “राज्य सरकार जनभावनाओं के अनुरूप कार्य कर रही है और प्रत्येक समस्या का समयबद्ध समाधान सुनिश्चित करना हमारी प्राथमिकता है।” उन्होंने अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि “जनसुनवाई में प्राप्त मामलों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए शीघ्र और पारदर्शी निस्तारण करें।”
पारदर्शी और उत्तरदायी प्रशासन की प्रतिबद्धता
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि शासन की सभी जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ पात्र व्यक्तियों तक बिना किसी भेदभाव के पहुँचे, यह सुनिश्चित करना प्रशासन की जिम्मेदारी है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासनिक तंत्र को जनमानस के प्रति अधिक संवेदनशील और जवाबदेह बनना होगा।
उन्होंने अधिकारियों से कहा कि:

विकास कार्यों की गति बढ़ाई जाए

लंबित मामलों का शीघ्र निस्तारण हो
-
योजनाओं को जमीनी स्तर पर प्रभावी ढंग से लागू किया जाए
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार पारदर्शी शासन व्यवस्था की स्थापना के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है, ताकि आम नागरिकों को प्रशासन के चक्कर न काटने पड़ें।
शिकायतों का मौके पर ही समाधान
मुख्यमंत्री ने जनसंवाद के दौरान प्राप्त कुछ शिकायतों का तत्काल संज्ञान लेते हुए संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को मौके पर ही निर्देश जारी किए। उन्होंने कहा कि “राज्य सरकार हर नागरिक के साथ खड़ी है और शासन को जनता के द्वार तक पहुंचाना हमारा सतत प्रयास है।”
