मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने प्राविधिक शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा आयोजित कार्यक्रम में 272 अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति पत्र प्रदान किये। प्राविधिक शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा पॉलिटेक्निक के विद्यार्थियों के लिए मई 2023 में देहरादून में रोजगार मेले आयोजन किया गया था। विभिन्न कम्पनियों में इन विद्यार्थियों के चयन के बाद आज नियुक्ति पत्र प्रदान किये गये।
मुख्यमंत्री ने नियुक्ति पत्र प्राप्त करने वाले सभी छात्र-छात्राओं को बधाई दी एवं उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य की कामना की। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में 9 वर्षों से देश में युवाओं के लिए रोजगार और स्वरोजगार के क्षेत्र में जो अभियान चल रहा है, उसमें रोजगार मेले की एक कड़ी और जुड़ी है। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड में प्रतिभाओं की कोई कमी नहीं है। युवाओं को रोजगार एवं स्वरोजगार के उचित अवसर मिले इसके लिए विभिन्न तकनीकी संस्थाओं में प्रशिक्षण हेतु आधुनिक सुविधायें, ढांचागत विकास, उच्च स्तरीय ई-लर्निंग केन्द्रों की स्थापना, विभिन्न तकनीक के विस्तार, अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण केन्द्रों की स्थापना के लिए सरकार द्वारा प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। सरकार का उद्देश्य प्रदेश को सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के क्षेत्र में विकसित करते हुए जनमानस की समस्याओं का पारदर्शिता पूर्ण निराकरण कर गुड गवर्नेंस देना है। इस कार्य में तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा सकता है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जिन छात्र – छात्राओं को आज नियुक्ति पत्र प्रदान किए गए हैं उनके अन्दर जो जोश एवं प्रतिभा परिलक्षित हो रही है। उन्होंने आशा व्यक्त की कि वे इसी जोश के साथ अपनी लगन, ज्ञान एवं स्किल के बल पर उन्हें रोजगार देने वाली कम्पनियों की अपेक्षाओं में खरा उतरेंगे। मुख्यमंत्री ने उद्योगों के प्रतिनिधियों से अपेक्षा की है कि वे इंटर्नशिप, इण्डस्ट्रियल ट्रेनिंग के साथ-साथ हैण्डस आन प्रैक्टिकल के लिए राज्य सरकार को सहयोग देंगे एवं उत्तराखण्ड के छात्र-छात्राओं को इस क्षेत्र में और अधिक अवसर प्रदान करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश की स्थापना की रजत जयन्ती हेतु सरकार ने 25 संकल्प लिए हैं, इसी कड़ी में तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग को वीर चन्द्र सिंह गढ़वाली व्यावसायिक शिक्षा मिशन योजना के क्रियान्वयन हेतु जिम्मेदारी दी गयी है। उन्होंने आशा व्यक्त की कि इस प्रयास से प्रदेश में व्यावसायिक व तकनीकी शिक्षा के माध्यम से रोजगार व स्वरोजगार के अवसर बढ़ेंगे।
तकनीकि शिक्षा मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल ने नियुक्ति पत्र प्राप्त करने वाले सभी अभ्यर्थियों को शुभकामना देते हुए कहा कि आज इन युवाओं का पढ़ाई करने के बाद नौकरी करने का सपना पूरा हो रहा है। उन्होंने आशा व्यक्त की कि जिन प्रतिष्ठानों द्वारा इनको नियुक्ति दी जा रही है, सभी अभ्यर्थी इन प्रतिष्ठानों में पूरी लगन के साथ कार्य करेंगे। हमारे ये अभ्यर्थी लगन से कार्य करेंगे, तो औद्योगिक संस्थानों का झुकाव हमारे युवाओं की ओर तेजी से बढ़ेगा। तकनीकि शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य के पॉलिटेक्निक के बेहतर अवस्थापना सुविधाओं के लिए 01 साल में 300 करोड़ रूपये दिये गये। इंडस्ट्री के साथ बैठक कर उनकी मांग के आधार पर राज्य में कोर्स बढ़ाये गये हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि रोजगार मेलों के माध्यम से 60 प्रतिशत युवाओं का चयन हो रहा है। कुछ पॉलिटेक्निक से लगभग शत प्रतिशत छात्रों का भी चयन हो रहा है।
इस अवसर पर जानकरी दी गई कि 25 अप्रैल 2023 को कुमांऊ क्षेत्र के विभिन्न पॉलीटेक्निक संस्थाओं में अध्ययन कर रहे छात्र -छात्राओं हेतु राजकीय पॉलिटेक्निक काशीपुर में जो रोजगार मेले का आयोजन कराया गया था, उसमें 430 छात्र -छात्राओं ने रोजगार प्राप्त किया। इसी प्रकार गढ़वाल क्षेत्र के लिए 8 मई 2023 को आयोजित कराए गए रोजगार मेले में करीब 608 युवाओं को रोजगार प्राप्त हुआ। ऑनलाईन प्लेसमेंट सेल के माध्यम से 401 एवं विभिन्न संस्थाओं में आयोजित कैंपस प्लेसमेंट द्वारा 669 छात्रों को रोजगार प्रदान किये जाने के साथ ही कुल 2108 छात्रों को रोजगार प्राप्त हुआ है।
