मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को सचिवालय में विद्यालयी शिक्षा विभाग की समीक्षा के दौरान अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि अतिथि शिक्षकों के 2300 पद शीघ्र भरे जाएं। हर जनपद में राजीव गांधी नवोदय विद्यालय की तर्ज पर आवासीय बालिका विद्यालयों की स्थापना तथा विद्यालयों में आउटसोर्स के माध्यम से चतुर्थ श्रेणी के 03 हजार रिक्त पद भरने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने कहा कि क्षतिग्रस्त स्कूल भवनों अविलंब मरम्मत की जाए। राज्य के सभी सरकारी एवं अशासकीय स्कूलों में 9वीं से 12वीं कक्षा तक के सभी छात्र-छात्राओं को आने वाले शैक्षणिक सत्र में निःशुल्क पाठ्य पुस्तकें दी जाए। कक्षा 1 से 8 वीं तक पहले से ही निःशुल्क पाठ्य पुस्तकें दी जा रही हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि स्कूलों में शिक्षा एवं अन्य व्यवस्थाओं में गुणात्मक सुधार के लिए आईएएस, आईपीएस एवं आईएफएस अधिकारी भी समय-समय पर स्कूलों की सभी व्यवस्थाओं का निरीक्षण करें। इसके लिए रोस्टर बनाया जाए। शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारी भी नियमित स्कूलों में जाकर पठ्न-पाठन एवं अन्य व्यवस्थाओं का निरीक्षण करें।
मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि शिक्षकों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया जो पूर्ण हो चुकी है, उन्हें शीघ्र नियुक्ति दी जाए। अध्यापकों के मेडिकल एवं अध्यापिकाओं के मेडिकल, मैटरनिटी लीव एवं चाइल्ड केयर लीव के दौरान कक्षाएं बाधित न हो, इसके लिए स्कूलों में पढ़ाने के लिए वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था रखी जाए। प्रधानाचार्य, प्रवक्ता एवं सहायक अध्यापकों के जो पद रिक्त हैं, उनके जल्द ही आयोग को अधियाचन भेजे जाए। बीआरपी एवं सीआरपी के रिक्त पदों को भी जल्द भरा जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिये कि यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि शिक्षकों का मेडिकल रिम्बरसमेंट एवं सेवानिवृत्त होने के बाद जीपीएफ भुगतान समय पर हो जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा की बीआरपी एवं सीआरपी के रिक्त 950 पद शीघ्र भरे जाएं। शिक्षा व्यवस्था की गतिविधियां एवं ट्रांसफर की व्यवस्था ऑनलाइन की जाय।
शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने कहा कि विद्यालयों की परफोर्मेंस ग्रेडिंग इंडेक्स (पीजीआई) स्कोर से संबंधित यूडाइस पोर्टल में सभी डाटा अपडेट करने के लिए संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये गये हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इस कार्य में लापरवाही करने वालों पर सख्त कारवाई भी की जायेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में प्रवक्ता एवं वरिष्ठ प्रवक्ताओं के पद रिक्त चल रहे हैं, इन्हें जल्द भरना होगा। शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि सभी खण्ड शिक्षा अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये गये हैं, कि वे नियमित स्कूलों का निरीक्षण करें।
बैठक में अपर मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी, सचिव आर. मीनाक्षी सुन्दरम्, रविनाथ रमन, एस.एन. पाण्डेय, शिक्षा महानिदेशक बंशीधर तिवारी, अपर सचिव योगेन्द्र यादव एवं शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
