देहरादून : भाजपा के प्रदेश मीडिया प्रभारी मनवीर सिंह चौहान ने कांग्रेस भवन में हुई मारपीट को लेकर कहा कि इसमें कुछ भी नया नहीं है और खुद को लोकतान्त्रिक कहने वाली कांग्रेस का यही असली चेहरा है। गुटों में बंटी कांग्रेस में नेताओं और समर्थकों के बीच ऐसी घटना होना आम बात है। स्वघोषित चाहत हरीश रावत को भी कांग्रेस ने ठुकरा दिया और अब पार्टी में सिर फुट्टवल की स्थिति है।
उन्होंने कहा कि जनता के मुद्दों से भटक गई कांग्रेस को पहले जनता ने 2017 में सबक सिखाया,लेकिन वह नहीं चेती। गुटबाजी इस कदर हावी रही की सदन में नेता प्रतिपक्ष नहीं बोल पाये,क्योंकि वहां पर भी दहाई के अंक में कई गुट थे। वहीं प्रदेश अध्यक्ष भी खामोश रहे। पूरे पांच साल जन मुद्दों पर ख़ामोशी के बाद अब मुख्यमंत्री की लड़ाई शुरू हो गई जो कि हास्यास्पद है। कांग्रेस राज्य गठन से लेकर अब तक जन मुद्दों पर असफल साबित हुई और इसी कारण जनता ने उसे ठुकरा दिया है। कांग्रेस के भीतर बर्चस्व की जो लड़ाई रही है उसने यह साबित किया है कि वह सरकार और विपक्ष दोनों ही जगह असफल रही है।
