देहरादून : मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एस. एस. संधु ने सोमवार को सचिवालय में पर्यटन एवं नागरिक उड्डयन विभाग की समीक्षा की। मुख्य सचिव ने अधिकारियों को पर्यटकों की सुविधा के लिए एक गाइडेंस ऐप तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐप को यूजर फ्रेंडली होना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि स्टेट में टूरिज्म को बढ़ावा देने के लिए हर संभव कदम उठाए जाएं।

मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि उद्योगों को आसानी से भूमि उपलब्ध हो इसके लिए लैंड बैंक तैयार किया जाना चाहिए। पर्यटन विभाग को लैंड बैंक तैयार करने के लिए एक सेपरेट सेल बनाए जाने के निर्देश देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि इस सेल का कार्य प्रदेश भर में लैंड बैंक चिन्हित करना हो। इससे पर्यटन से जुड़े उद्योगों को स्थापित करने में भी काफी आसानी होगी। मुख्य सचिव ने एडवेंचर टूरिज्म के अंतर्गत बंजी जंपिंग, ट्रैकिंग, पैराग्लाइडिंग आदि पर विशेष फोकस करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि इन सभी कार्यों को करने के लिए टाइम लाइन सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि बंजी जंपिंग एवं पैराग्लाइडिंग के लिए उपयुक्त स्थानों की तलाश किए जाने के लिए स्टडी कराई जाए, ताकि इनके लिए नई जगहों को चिन्हित किया जा सके।

मुख्य सचिव ने पर्यटकों की सुरक्षा के लिए विशेष ध्यान दिए जाने की बात कही। इसके साथ ही, हेल्पलाइन नंबर का अधिक से अधिक प्रचार किया जाए। एक ऐसा सिस्टम भी तैयार किया जाए कि उत्तराखण्ड में प्रवेश करते ही “वेलकम टू उत्तराखण्ड” का संदेश राज्य में प्रवेश करने वाले लोगों को मिले और इसमें साथ साथ टूरिज्म संबंधित जानकारियों वाला ऐप डाउनलोड करने का लिंक भी उपलब्ध कराया जाना चाहिए, जिसमें उत्तराखण्ड में पर्यटन से सम्बन्धित सभी जानकारियां उपलब्ध हों।
मुख्य सचिव ने माउंटेनियरिंग के लिए ट्रैकिंग डिवाइस को अनिवार्य किए जाने के भी निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि इससे लापता माउंटेनियर आदि को ढूंढने के आसानी होगी। साथ ही माउंटेनियरिंग और ट्रैकिंग आदि के लिए ली जाने वाले शुल्क को भी कम किया जाए ताकि अधिक से अधिक माउंटेनियरिंग और ट्रैकिंग दलों को प्रोत्साहित किया जा सके। इससे स्थानीय लोगों को रोजगार मिलेगा।

मुख्य सचिव ने सुलभ सुविधाओं की मॉनिटरिंग के लिए भी व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित किए जाने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही, उन्होंने कैपेसिटी बिल्डिंग पर भी फोकस किए जाने के भी निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश के होटल और रेस्टोरेंट व्यवसाय को बढ़ावा देने के लिए ट्रेनिंग उपलब्ध कराया जाना जरुरी है। इसके लिए होटल रेस्टोरेंट से जुड़े कर्मियों को 2 से 3 मिनट की वीडियो क्लिप्स के माध्यम से अलग अलग प्रकार की ट्रेनिंग उपलब्ध कराई जाए। यह सभी वीडियो पर्यटन विभाग की वेबसाइट और सोशल मीडिया के अलग अलग प्लेटफार्म पर निशुल्क भी उपलब्ध कराई जानी चाहिए। ताकि जिसको भी हॉस्पिटैलिटी आदि के बारे में जानकारी चाहिए, वेबसाइट आदि के माध्यम से मिल सके।

मुख्य सचिव ने नागरिक उड्डयन विभाग की समीक्षा के दौरान कहा कि राज्य में हवाई सेवाओं को किफायती कीमत पर प्रदेश वासियों और पर्यटकों को उपलब्ध कराए जाने हेतु प्रयास किए जाएं। इसके लिए अधिक से अधिक गंतव्यों को चिन्हित कर विकसित किया जाए।

मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि प्रदेश में एयर कनेक्टिविटी बढ़ाए जाने के लिए अधिक से अधिक हेलीपैड भी विकसित किए जाएं। हेलीपैड विकसित किए जाते समय ट्रांसपोर्टेशन, डिजास्टर मैनेजमेंट और मेडिकल इमरजेंसी जैसे पहलुओं पर ध्यान रखा जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे क्षेत्रों को भी चिन्हित किया जाए जो भले ही पर्यटन की दृष्टि से उपयोगी न हों परन्तु, आपदा एवं मेडिकल इमरजेंसी की दृष्टि से उपयोगी हों। उन्होंने कहा कि हेलीपैड समय से तैयार हो सकें इसके लिए साप्ताहिक समीक्षा की जाए। प्रत्येक प्रोजेक्ट को ससमय पूर्ण करने के लिए प्रत्येक स्टेज एवं कार्य के पूर्ण होने की समयसीमा निर्धारित की जाएं।
