प्रदेश के वन एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल की अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को देर शाम जी-20 की तैयारियों को लेकर बैठक आयोजित की गई। तहसील सभागार नरेंद्रनगर में आयोजित बैठक में कैबिनेट मंत्री उनियाल ने क्रमवार संबंधित विभागों द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों की जानकारी लेते हुए अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि जी-20 के अंतर्गत लंबे समय तक चलने वाले कार्य करें तथा कार्यों में गुणवत्ता का विशेष ध्यान रखते हुए समय अंतर्गत पूर्ण करना सुनिश्चित करें। कहा कि जनपद में आयोजित होने वाली जी-20 की बैठकों के जरिए हम प्रदेश ही नहीं देश का प्रतिनिधित्व करेंगे। इसलिए सभी तैयारियां सुनियोजित तरीके से पूर्ण कर ली जाएं, ताकि देश दुनिया में एक अच्छा संदेश जाए।
बैठक में जिलाधिकारी डॉ सौरभ गहरवार ने बताया कि जी-20 के अंतर्गत अधिकतर कार्य पूर्ण कर लिए गए हैं, शेष कार्य भी जल्द ही पूर्ण कर लिए जाएंगे। बताया कि
सभी विभागों द्वारा कार्यों को पूर्ण करने हेतु समय सीमा निर्धारित कर स्टेप बाई स्टेप कार्य किए जा रहे हैं। सभी कार्यों की निरंतर मॉनिटरिंग की जा रही है।
मुख्य विकास अधिकारी मनीष कुमार द्वारा जी-20 बैठकों के तहत आयोजित होने वाले कार्यक्रमों के संबंध में विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई।
बैठक में लोक निर्माण विभाग के अधिकारी द्वारा अवगत कराया गया कि जी-20 के तहत चिन्हित सड़कों का अंधे मोड़ पर कटिंग का कार्य किया गया है तथा भूस्खलन क्षेत्र में प्रॉपर ट्रीटमेंट का कार्य किया जा रहा है। इसके साथ ही मुनी की रेती में जानकी सेतु पार्किंग में कार्य किए जा रहे हैं। सभी कार्यों को 15 मई तक पूर्ण कर लिया जाएगा। सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारी द्वारा अवगत कराया गया कि घाट पर 40 प्रतिशत काम पूर्ण हो चुका है, जिसे मई प्रथम सप्ताह तक पूर्ण कर लिया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही पीडब्ल्यूडी तिराह, जानकी सेतु, वसुंधरा पर ड्रेन का कार्य किया जा रहा है।
विद्युत विभाग के अधिकारी द्वारा अवगत कराया गया कि ओणीं गांव में विद्युत लाइन का कार्य किया जा रहा है, 32 विद्युत पोल लग चुके हैं, दो ट्रांसफार्मर लगाए जाने हैं। रोड साइड के छोटे विद्युत पोलों को हटाकर बड़े पोल लगाए जा रहे हैं, ताकि विद्युत लाइनें ऊपर की जा सकें। इसके साथ ही 33 के.वी. विद्युत लाइन का निर्माण कार्य चल रहा है। एमडीडीए के अधिकारी द्वारा अवगत कराया गया कि मधुबन मंदिर से जानकी सेतु पार्किंग तक भारत आर्ट्स, भद्रकाली से खारास्रोत तक हॉट पेंटिंग तथा खारास्रोत से मधुबन तक पुताई का कार्य किया जा रहा है।
खंड विकास अधिकारी नरेंद्रनगर ने अवगत कराया कि ओणीं गांव में पंचायत भवन, आंगनवाड़ी, राजकीय प्राथमिक विद्यालय में मरम्मत कार्य एवं सौन्दर्याकरण के अलावा स्कूल में कंप्यूटर लैब, ई-लाइब्रेरी, आंतरिक रास्तों का सौंदर्यीकरण, पूरे गांव में पेंटिंग कार्य, सार्वजनिक शौचालय, सीसी मार्ग, रेलिंग, मिल्क कलेक्शन सेंटर, कन्वर्जन में बायोगैस, मुर्गी बाड़ा, पशु बाड़ा, सिंचाई टैंक, सेल्फी प्वाइंट, मंदिर सौंदर्यीकरण आदि कार्य किए जा रहे हैं। जिनमें 70 प्रतिशत कार्य पूर्ण हो चुका है, शेष कार्य 10 मई तक पूर्ण कर लिया जाएगा। मंत्री जी ने सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारी को निर्देशित किया कि सिंचाई हेतु सोलर पंप के साथ ही बिजली का भी उचित प्रबंध रखें अर्थात् ड्यूल सिस्टम व्यवस्था करना सुनिश्चित करें।
इसके साथ ही कृषि विभाग, उद्यान विभाग, नगर पालिका, पंचायती राज, वन विभाग, शिक्षा विभाग, संस्कृति विभाग, सूचना विभाग, उरेडा, पेयजल आदि अन्य विभागों द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यो की भी समीक्षा की गई।

विधायक घनसाली शक्तिलाल शाह, नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष नरेंद्रनगर राजेंद्र बिक्रम सिंह, नगर पंचायत अध्यक्ष मुनी की रेती रोशन रतूड़ी, ब्लॉक प्रमुख नरेंद्रनगर राजेंद्र सिंह भंडारी, टिहरी विधायक प्रतिनिधि विनोद रतूड़ी, एसडीएम नरेन्द्रनगर देवेन्द्र सिंह नेगी सहित अन्य जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी, जनप्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे।
