मुख्यमंत्री  पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शनिवार को उत्तरांचल यूनिवर्सिटी प्रेमनगर, देहरादून में विज्ञान भारती उत्तराखण्ड एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग, भारत सरकार द्वारा आयोजित National Conference and Exhibition on Akash tattwa – Akash for life में प्रतिभाग किया। इस अवसर पर National Conference and Exhibition on Akash tattwa से संबंधित एटलस एवं सार संग्रह का विमोचन भी किया गया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन (इसरो) और विज्ञान व प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय के सहयोग से आयोजित आकाश तत्व सम्मेलन में देश भर से आए विषय विशेषज्ञों का उत्तराखंड में स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि उत्तराखंड की पावन धरा पर आयोजित यह चिंतन कार्यक्रम निश्चित रूप से पंच महाभूतों में प्रधान आकाश तत्व के नवीन आयामों की विवेचना करने में सफल होगा। पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री भारत रत्न स्व. अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी जी ने जय जवान, जय किसान के साथ जय विज्ञान का नारा दिया था। उन्होंने कहा कि इस अभियान को प्रधानमंत्री  नरेन्द्र मोदी ने इसके साथ जय अनुसंधान जोड़कर इसे पूर्णता प्रदान की है। जय विज्ञान और जय अनुसंधान ये दो शब्द आज के विश्व में विज्ञान और अनुसंधान इन दोनों की महत्ता स्पष्ट करते हैं। आज का नया भारत विज्ञान के क्षेत्र में महाशक्ति के रूप में स्थापित हो रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री  मोदी ने पुरातन व आधुनिक विज्ञान दोनों की सहभागिता सुनिश्चित करते हुए सीएसआर अर्थात कॉर्पोरेट सोशल रेस्पांसिबिलिटी की तर्ज पर एसएसआर अर्थात साइंटिफिक सोशल रेस्पांसिबिलिटी के विचार को अपनाने की वैज्ञानिकों से अपील की है। इस प्रकार के सम्मेलन वैज्ञानिक समुदाय के क्रिएटिव माइंडस को एक मंच पर लाकर एक भारत-श्रेष्ठ भारत की संकल्पना को सार्थक करने का मजबूत प्रयास है। उन्होंने कहा कि मानव जीवन के लिए पांच तत्वों आकाश, वायु, जल, पृथ्वी और अग्नि का होना अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। इन पंच तत्वों के संरक्षण व संवर्धन की हमारी प्राचीन परंपरा को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए इस सम्मेलन में विचार-विमर्श हो रहा है, जो निश्चित रूप से सार्थक सिद्ध होगा।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमारी संस्कृति में देखने को मिलता है कि आकाश तत्व की महत्ता मानव जीवन के साथ-साथ देवी-देवताओं में भी परिलक्षित होती है। हमारी सनातन मान्यताओं के अनुसार आकाश में परमात्मा का, देवी-देवताओं का वास होता है। संसार की समस्त चिकित्सा पद्धतियां भी आकाश तत्व की महत्ता को भली-भांति समझती हैं। आज विश्व में अपनी सशक्त छवि को प्रतिस्थापित करता नया भारत हर क्षेत्र की तरह आकाश तत्व सम्बन्धी वैज्ञानिक अनुसंधानों में भी नये आयाम स्थापित कर रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह हम सभी के लिए बड़े गर्व का विषय है कि भारत सरकार ने एक नवीन पहल सनातन विज्ञान को बढ़ावा देने के लिए 4 नवंबर 2022 से मार्च 2023 तक आकाश तत्व सम्मेलन की सीरीज के आयोजन का निर्णय लिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री जी की विराट वैज्ञानिक सोच और हमारे वैज्ञानिकों के अथक प्रयास से आज हमारा देश पूरी दुनिया में शोध एवं अनुसंधान कृषि, व्यापार, विज्ञान प्रौद्योगिकी और अन्य क्षेत्रों के साथ-साथ अंतरिक्ष प्रौद्योगिकी में भी अपनी छाप छोड़ने में सफल रहा है। आज का नया भारत अपनी संस्कृति-अपनी पहचान के मूलमंत्र के साथ आगे बढ़ रहा है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हम उत्तराखंडवासी सौभाग्यशाली हैं कि हम हिमालय की गोद में बसे हैं और ये पंचतत्व हमें विशुद्ध रूप से शुद्ध वायु, स्वच्छ जल, उपजाऊ मृदा और स्वच्छ आकाश के रूप में प्रकृति से उपहार स्वरूप मिले हैं। राज्य सरकार की कोशिश है कि आर्थिकी और पारिस्थितिकी के बीच संतुलन बना रहे। राज्य सरकार सकल घरेलु उत्पाद (जीडीपी) के साथ साथ सकल पर्यावरण उत्पाद (जीईपी) की महत्ता पर विशेष ध्यान दे रही है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वैज्ञानिक सोच को जागृत करने और अनुसंधान को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए राज्य में साइंस सिटी के निर्माण का निर्णय लिया है। हर क्षेत्र तक अनुसंधान एवं शोध गतिविधियों को पहुंचाने लिए ’’लैब्स ऑन व्हील’’ और अंतरिक्ष प्रौद्यागिकी में जागरूकता के लिए राज्य में एस्ट्रोपार्क बनाने पर भी विचार कर रहे हैं।

विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी राज्य मंत्री, भारत सरकार डॉ. जितेंद्र सिंह ने कहा कि स्वतंत्र भारत के इतिहास में इस तरह का आयोजन पहली बार हो रहा है, जिसमें प्राचीन ज्ञान को आधुनिक शोध से जोड़कर वैज्ञानिक मंथन किया जा रहा है। पंचमहाभूत का सर्वप्रथम कार्यक्रम आकाश से शुरू हो रहा है। प्राचीन को आधुनिक से जोड़ने का कार्य विज्ञान के माध्यम से किया जा रहा है। प्रधानमंत्री  नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के मार्गदर्शन में हर क्षेत्र में हमारी अनेक प्रतिभाएं उभर कर आ रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि 25 वर्षों में भारत को शिखर पर ले जाने के लिए हिमालयी राज्यों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होने वाली है। हिमालय की जैव विविधता विज्ञान एवं अर्थव्यवस्था में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाने वाले हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड में एरोमा मिशन में कार्य करने की अनेक संभावनाएं हैं।

इस अवसर पर प्रधान वैज्ञानिक सलाहकार भारत सरकार डा. अजय कुमार सूद , सचिव अंतरिक्ष विभाग  एस सोमनाथ , विज्ञान भारती से विवेकानंद, राष्ट्रीय स्वयं सेवक संघ के पूर्व सर कार्यवाह सुरेश भैया जी जोशी ने National Conference and Exhibition on Akash tattwa – Akash for life National Conference and Exhibition on Akash tattwa – Akash for life पर अपने विचार किए।
