कैबिनेट मंत्री ने किया घनसाली बसन्त महोत्सव–2026 का भव्य शुभारंभ
टिहरी। घनसाली नगर पंचायत क्षेत्र स्थित श्रीराम होटल में आयोजित तीन दिवसीय ‘घनसाली बसन्त महोत्सव–2026’ कार्यक्रम में प्रदेश के पर्यटन, धर्मस्व, संस्कृति, लोक निर्माण, सिंचाई, पंचायतीराज ग्रामीण निर्माण और जलागम मंत्री सतपाल महाराज द्वारा मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में प्रतिभाग किया गया। कार्यक्रम में उनकी पुत्रवधु मोहिना रावत एवं पौत्र शियांश रावत, घनसाली विधायक शक्तिलाल शाह, जिलाधिकारी टिहरी गढ़वाल नितिका खण्डेलवाल तथा भाजपा जिलाध्यक्ष उदय रावत द्वारा विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में प्रतिभाग किया गया।
प्रदेश के पर्यटन, धर्मस्व, संस्कृति, लोक निर्माण, सिंचाई, पंचायतीराज ग्रामीण निर्माण और जलागम मंत्री सतपाल महाराज गुरुवार को जनपद के घनसाली नगर पंचायत क्षेत्र स्थित एक स्थानीय होटल में आयोजित तीन दिवसीय ‘घनसाली बसन्त महोत्सव–2026’ कार्यक्रम शुभारंभ करते हुए अपने संबोधन में सभी को बसन्त महोत्सव की शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा बसन्त का यह समय प्रकृति के रंगों और खुशियों का प्रतीक है, जो हमारे जीवन में नई ऊर्जा का संचार करता है। यह महोत्सव न केवल हमारी सांस्कृतिक विरासत को प्रदर्शित करता है बल्कि हमारे समाज को एकजुट करने का भी एक महत्वपूर्ण माध्यम है। उन्होंने कहा कि बसंत का यह मौसम हमें प्रकृति के साथ जुड़ने और उसके सौन्दर्य को निहारने का संदेश देता है। यह समय है जब फूल खिलते हैं, पेड़ों पर नई पत्तियां आती हैं और पूरा वातावरण रंगों और खुशबू से भर जाता है, यह हमें जीवन की खुशियों को अपनाने और दूसरों के साथ बांटने का भी संदेश देता है। उन्होंने सभी से आग्रह किया कि, इस महोत्सव का आनन्द लें और इसकी खुशियों को अपने जीवन में शामिल करें और एक दूसरे के साथ प्यार और सौहार्द का संदेश बांटे।
इस अवसर पर कैबिनेट मंत्री श्री महाराज द्वारा घनसाली विधानसभा के अंतर्गत लोक निर्माण विभाग की 171.79 (एक करोड़ इकहत्तर लाख उनासी हजार) की एक योजना का शिलान्यास किया गया जबकि सिंचाई विभाग की 1069.63 (दस करोड़ उनहत्तर लाख तिरेसठ हजार) लागत की दो योजनाओं के शिलान्यास के साथ पंचायती राज विभाग के 60 लाख लागत के 03 पंचायत भवनों का लोकार्पण किया गया। इस प्रकार कैबिनेट मंत्री द्वारा नगर पंचायत घनसाली को कुल 1301.42 (तेरह करोड एक लाख बयालीस हजार) धनराशि की विकास योजनाओं की सौगात दी गई। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व और प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन में प्रदेश में निरंतर विकास हो रहा है। सरकार सड़कों की कनेक्टिविटी पर विशेष ध्यान दे रही है और अब तक 14027 नए गांवों को सड़क मार्ग से जोड़ा गया है। शहरी यातायात सुधार के लिए व्यस्त शहरों में रिंग रोड और फ्लाईओवर निर्माण की योजना पर कार्य चल रहा है। साथ ही दूरस्थ ग्रामीण बसावटों को जोड़ने हेतु मुख्यमंत्री ग्राम सम्पर्क योजना शुरू की गई है। दीनदयाल उपाध्याय होम स्टे योजना के तहत 5000 से अधिक होम स्टे पंजीकृत हुए हैं और 1118 लोग लाभान्वित हुए हैं। आदि कैलाश यात्रा को सुगम बनाने तथा लिपुलेख से कैलाश दर्शन हेतु भी कार्य योजना तैयार की जा रही है। प्रदेश में पंचायतों को सशक्त बनाने के लिए पंचायत भवनों का निर्माण व जीर्णोद्धार किया जा रहा है।
उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में “स्लीप अंडर द स्टार्स” जैसी गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है, ताकि पर्यटक सुरक्षित स्थानों पर आकर रात के समय खुले आसमान के नीचे अरबों तारों से सजी स्टार नाइट का आनंद ले सकें। यह अनुभव पर्यटन को नई दिशा देने के साथ-साथ प्रकृति से जुड़ने का अवसर भी प्रदान करेगा।
इस अवसर पर विधायक शक्तिलाल शाह ने कहा हमें पौराणिक संस्कृति को जीवित रखना है, अपनी धरोहर के लिए हम सभी को काम करना होगा। नगर पंचायत अध्यक्ष घनसाली आनंद बिष्ट द्वारा मंत्री सतपाल महाराज का अभिनन्द एवं स्वागत करते हुए, उनके सम्मान में एक ‘प्रशस्ति पत्र’ भी पढ़ा।
इस अवसर पर स्कूली छात्राओं के बैंड द्वारा भव्य स्वागत किया गया तथा हंसा ग्रुप, राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज की बालिकाओं द्वारा मनमोहक सांस्कृतिक नृत्य प्रस्तुतियाँ प्रस्तुत की गईं, राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज किरेथ केमर के छात्र–छात्राओं द्वारा वीर माधो सिंह भंडारी के जीवन पर आधारित एक नाटक का मंचन किया, जिनको मंत्री जी ने 11 हजार की धनराशि पुरस्कार स्वरूप में दी। इस मौके पर महिलाओं को महालक्ष्मी किट भी वितरण की गई।
इस अवसर पर नगर पंचायत अध्यक्ष चमियाला गोविंद, व्यापार मंडल बडोनी कैलाश बडोनी, पूर्व प्रमुख वसुमति घानाता, प्रमुख राजीव कण्डारी, ज्येष्ठ प्रमुख प्यार सिंह बिष्ट, कनिष्ठ प्रमुख कृष्णा गैरोला, एसडीएम घनसाली अलकेश नौडियाल सहित समस्त सभासद, क्षेत्रवासी एवं विभागीय अधिकारी व कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।
