अल्मोड़ा में प्राथमिक शिक्षक भर्ती काउंसिलिंग के दौरान अव्यवस्थाओं को लेकर डीएलएड अभ्यर्थियों ने हंगामा किया। तय समय पर सत्यापन न होने और पारदर्शिता की कमी के आरोपों के चलते प्रक्रिया रोकनी पड़ी। एसडीएम के हस्तक्षेप के बाद मंगलवार, 13 जनवरी को दोबारा काउंसिलिंग कराने के आश्वासन पर अभ्यर्थी शांत हुए। 241 पदों के लिए 800 से अधिक उम्मीदवार पहुंचे थे, जिससे स्थानीय अभ्यर्थियों को नुकसान की आशंका थी।
जनपद में प्राथमिक शिक्षक भर्ती के लिए आयोजित काउंसिलिंग के दौरान अव्यवस्थाओं को लेकर सोमवार को डीएलएड प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त अभ्यर्थियों ने हंगामा शुरू कर दिया।
काउंसिलिंग में देरी, तय समय पर प्रमाण पत्रों का वेरिफिकेशन शुरू न होने और पारदर्शिता को लेकर उठे सवालों के चलते देर शाम तक माहौल तनावपूर्ण बना रहा। हंगामे के कारण सोमवार को भर्ती प्रक्रिया पूरी नहीं हो सकी।
अभ्यर्थियों का आरोप था कि काउंसिलिंग का समय निर्धारित होने के बावजूद वेरिफिकेशन में अनावश्यक देरी की गई। अन्य जिलों में काउंसिलिंग पहले ही तय दिन में पूरी हो चुकी है, जहां शामिल अभ्यर्थी अल्मोड़ा जिले में भी काउंसिलिंग में पहुंच रहे हैं। इससे स्थानीय अभ्यर्थियों को नुकसान होने की आशंका है।
नाराज अभ्यर्थियों ने प्रशासन के खिलाफ नारेबाजी करते हुए काउंसिलिंग प्रक्रिया को तत्काल पारदर्शी तरीके से पूरा करने की मांग की। वहीं हंगामे की सूचना पर एसडीएम सदर संजय कुमार और तहसीलदार ज्योति धपवाल मौके पर पहुंचे। अधिकारियों ने अभ्यर्थियों से वार्ता कर स्थिति संभालने का प्रयास किया।
लंबी बातचीत के बाद प्रशासन द्वारा मंगलवार 13 जनवरी को दोबारा काउंसिलिंग कराने के आश्वासन पर अभ्यर्थी शांत हुए और हंगामा समाप्त हुआ।
सोमवार को अल्मोड़ा जिले के राजकीय प्राथमिक स्कूलों में 241 शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति के लिए पीएमश्री राजकीय इंटर कालेज के सभागार में काउंसलिंग आयोजित की गई थी। इन पदों के सापेक्ष 800 से अधिक डीएलएड प्रशिक्षित अभ्यर्थी पहुंचे थे।
