देहरादून – उत्तराखंड को भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त राज्य बनाने की दिशा में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी सरकार लगातार काम कर रही है। भ्रष्टाचार के ख़िलाफ़ अभियान में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने अधिनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग द्वारा आयोजित अलग-अलग विभागों में समूह ग भर्ती परीक्षा में गड़बड़ियों की शिकायत मिलते ही कठोर निर्णय लिए। UKSSSC मामले में कुल 18 अभियुक्तों पर चार्जशीट हो चुकी है जबकि गैंगस्टर एक्ट हेतु 21 आरोपियों की जुडिशल रिमांड स्वीकृत हो चुकी है।

अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग भर्ती परीक्षा में पेपर लीक मामले में संलिप्त 41 आरोपियों की अब तक गिरफ्तारी हो चुकी है वही दूसरी ओर वन दरोगा मामले में 03 सचिवालय रक्षक भर्ती में एक आरोपी की गिरफ़्तारी हो चुकी है।

एसटीएफ ने प्रमुख कड़ियों को जोड़ते हुए तीन ऐसे अभियुक्तों को भी गिरफ़्तार किया है जो UKSSSC और सचिवालय रक्षक परीक्षा धांधली दोनों में शामिल हैं। इसके अलावा वर्ष 2016 में ग्राम पंचायत विकास अधिकारी की भर्ती मामले में भी दो आरोपियों को गिरफ़्तार किया जा चुका है।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि सरकार प्रदेश में सुशासन के संकल्प के साथ युवाओं के हित में तत्परता से काम कर रही है। जब तक एक एक दोषी को सजा नहीं मिलती तब तक सरकार चैन से नहीं बैठेगी।

मुख्यमंत्री की सख़्ती के कारण पुलिस ने UKSSSC परीक्षा भर्ती मामले में 94.79 लाख कैश बरामद किया है। इसी मामले में दो दर्जन से ज्यादा बैंक अकाउंट फ्रीज लिए जा चुके जिसमे करीब तीस लाख की राशि जमा है।

मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देश पर 22 जुलाई को किया गया था मुकदमा दर्ज –

इस पूरे मामले में UKSSSC ने 4 व 5 दिसंबर 2021 को स्नातक स्तर की परीक्षा तीन पालियों में आयोजित की थी जिसमें करीब 160000 अभ्यर्थियों ने परीक्षा दी एवं 916 अभ्यर्थी चयनित हुये थे। बेरोजगार संगठनों एवं कई छात्रों ने मुख्यमंत्री से मिलकर इस परीक्षा में हुई अनियमितताओं की जांच हेतु माँग की थी। मामले की गम्भीरता को देखते हुए मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देश पर 22 जुलाई को मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया। जिसमें 41 आरोपियों को गिरफ़्तार कर दिया गया है। इसके अलावा सचिवालय रक्षक एवं कनिष्ठ सहायक (ज्यूडिशियरी) परीक्षाओं की जाँच भी STF को सौंपी गई। इसके साथ ही वर्ष 2020 में उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस द्वारा वन आरक्षी (फॉरेस्ट गार्ड) परीक्षा में ब्लूटूथ के जरिये नकल कराने वाले गिरोह की भी विस्तृत जाँच एसटीएफ को सौपी गई।

कैबिनेट ने राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग को सौंपी जिम्मेदारी –

मुख्यमंत्री धामी के निर्देश पर एक ओर इस मामले में आयोग के तत्कालीन सचिव को निलम्बित कर दिया गया वहीं दूसरी ओर UKSSSC द्वारा गतिमान 7000 पदों पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया को राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग (UKPSC) को हस्तान्तरित करने के सम्बंध में 9 सिंतबर को कैबिनेट से प्रस्ताव पारित कर दिया गया।

इलेक्शन मोड में आयोजित होगी परीक्षा, आयोग ने जारी किया कैलेंडर –

मुख्यमंत्री के अपेक्षा अनुसार युवाओं का हित देखते हुए लोक सेवा आयोग ने समूह ग परीक्षाओं का कैलंडर तैयार कर दिया है। साथ ही परीक्षाओं को इलेक्शन मोड में करवाने के दृष्टिगत फ़ुल प्रूफ़ प्लान तैयार किया है।
