एफआरआइ में आयोजित कार्यक्रम के दौरान 500 मीटर के दायरे में जीरो जोन रहेगा। सुबह छह से शाम चार बजे तक घंटाघर से प्रेमनगर, बल्लूपुर से कमला पैलेस, सेंटज्यूड्स चौक एवं प्रेमनगर से धूलकोट जाने वाले वाहनों के रूट डायवर्ट रहेंगे। अन्य रूटों पर सामान्य दिनों की तरह चलता रहेगा। इसके अलावा दिल्ली, ऋषिकेश, हरिद्वार, रेलवे स्टेशन, एयरपोर्ट के मार्ग खुले रहेंगे। सुबह छह से रात आठ बजे तक आंतरिक एवं वाह्य मार्गों पर भारी वाहनों का प्रवेश पूरी तरह से प्रतिबंधित रहेगा।
