उन्होंने कहा कि इस दौरान मुख्य सचिव, प्रमुख सचिव स्तर का कोई अधिकारी वहां छांकने तक नहीं गया। कोई मंत्रीमंडल की बैठक वहां नहीं हुई। उन्होंने कहा गैरसैंण राज्य के लोगों की भावनाओं का प्रतीक है, लेकिन इस सरकार ने इस भावना को सम्मान देने के बजाए, उसका अपमान किया है।
उन्होंने कहा कि वह सरकार को गैरसैंण को भूलने नहीं देंगे। 15 जुलाई को ग्रीष्मकाल समाप्त हो रहा है, इससे पहले 14 को वह गैरसैंण जाकर प्रदर्शन करने के साथ किसी सरकारी कार्यालय में सांकेतिक तालाबंदी कर अपना विरोध दर्ज कराएंगे। बताते चलें कि इससे पहले भी हरीश रावत विधानसभा सत्र की अवधि के दौरान गैरसैंण में विधानसभा के सम्मुख धरना प्रदर्शन कर अपना विरोध दर्ज करा चुके हैं।
