महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग: सुपरवाइजर सेवा नियमावली में संशोधन

कैबिनेट ने उत्तराखण्ड महिला एवं बाल विकास अधीनस्थ सुपरवाइजर सेवा नियमावली, 2021 में संशोधन को मंजूरी दी है। पहले सुपरवाइजर पदों पर:

  • 50% पद — सीधी भर्ती

  • 40% — आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्त्री

  • 10% — मिनी आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्त्री से पदोन्नति के माध्यम से भरे जाते थे।

अब भारत सरकार के निर्देश अनुसार, राज्य के सभी मिनी आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों को पूर्ण केंद्रों में उच्चीकृत किया जा रहा है। इसी के तहत, 10% कोटा को समाहित करते हुए अब आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्त्रियों के लिए पदोन्नति कोटा 50% कर दिया गया है।

रायपुर क्षेत्र में फ्रिज जोन नीति में राहत

  • 5 वर्षों की संतोषजनक सेवा के बाद, एक बार पारस्परिक स्थानांतरण की अनुमति होगी।

  • नए जिले में स्थानांतरित कर्मी, सबसे जूनियर माने जाएंगे।

  • रिक्त पद होने पर पहाड़ से पहाड़ और मैदानी से पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में भी स्थानांतरण की सुविधा उपलब्ध होगी।

  • स्थानांतरण के मानक विभाग द्वारा निर्धारित किए जाएंगे।

कैबिनेट ने राज्य कर्मचारियों की पदोन्नति से संबंधित अर्हकारी सेवा में शिथिलीकरण नियमावली में संशोधन को मंजूरी दी। यह निर्णय राज्य कर्मियों की पदोन्नति प्रक्रिया को अधिक व्यावहारिक और लचीला बनाएगा।

विधानसभा विशेष सत्र के लिए मुख्यमंत्री को अधिकृत किया गया

उत्तराखंड राज्य स्थापना की रजत जयंती वर्ष के उपलक्ष्य में आयोजित होने वाले पंचम विधानसभा के विशेष सत्र की तिथि तय करने हेतु मुख्यमंत्री को अधिकृत किया गया है।

राज्य सार्वजनिक उपक्रमों के लाभांश में बदलाव
