-उत्तराखंड समान नागरिक संहिता बनी तकनीकी उत्कृष्टता का मॉडल
देहरादून। उत्तराखंड समान नागरिक संहिता (यूसीसी) की सेवाएं, अंग्रेजी के अलावा भारतीय संविधान की आठवीं अनुसूची में शामिल सभी 22 भाषाओं में उपलब्ध हैं। साथ ही आवेदक एआई की सहायता से भी यूसीसी की प्रक्रिया को समझने के साथ ही अपना पंजीकरण करवा सकता है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने समान नागरिक संहिता लागू करने से पहले ही अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए थे कि, यूसीसी के तहत विभिन्न सेवाओं के लिए पंजीकरण की प्रक्रिया को बेहद सरल रखा जाए, साथ ही वेबसाइट को यूजर फ्रेंडली रखा जाए, ताकि कोई भी व्यक्ति स्वयं ही अपना पंजीकरण करवा सके। इसी क्रम में आईटीडीए ने यूसीसी की वेबसाइट को आठवीं अनुसूची में शामिल 22 अनुसूचित भाषाओं कृ असमिया, बंगाली, गुजराती, हिंदी, कन्नड़, कश्मीरी, कोंकणी, मलयालम, मराठी, नेपाली, उड़िया, पंजाबी, संस्कृत, तमिल, तेलुगु, उर्दू, सिंधी, बोडो, डोगरी, मैथिली, संथाली और मणिपुरी के साथ अंग्रेजी में तैयार किया है। इस तरह आवेदक अपनी भाषा के अनुसार ना सिर्फ यूसीसी के नियम, प्रक्रिया और पंजीकरण के लिए जरूरी दस्तावेजों की जानकारी ले सकता है, बल्कि अपनी भाषा में ही आवेदन भी कर सकता है। इस काम में एआई की भी मदद ली जा सकती है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी का कहना है कि हमारी सरकार पहले ही दिन से सरलीकरण से समाधान तक के मूलमंत्र लेकर चल रही है। समान नागरिक संहिता के क्रियान्वयन में इस बात पर विशेष जोर दिया गया कि जनसामान्य को पंजीकरण में किसी तरह की मुश्किल न आए। यूसीसी तकनीकी उत्कृष्टता का एक सफल उदाहरण बनकर उभरी है। यही कारण है कि बीते एक साल में यूसीसी प्रक्रिया को लेकर एक भी शिकायत नहीं आई है।
