मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि खटीमा में पर्वतीय विकास भवन बनाया जाएगा। इसके लिए जिलाधिकारी को भूमि चिन्हित करने के निर्देश दे दिए गए हैं। इसके अलावा खटीमा के उत्तरायणी मेले को कैलेंडर में रखते हुए आर्थिक सहायता देने और समिति के अनुरोध पर मंच निर्माण की भी उन्होंने घोषणा की है।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को खटीमा स्थित बीज निगम परिसर में कुमाऊं सांस्कृतिक उत्थान मंच खटीमा द्वारा आयोजित उत्तरायणी कौतिक मेले का दीप प्रज्वलित कर शुभारंभ किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तरायणी कौतिक जैसे आयोजनों के माध्यम से हमारी नई पीढ़ी अपनी जड़ों से जुड़ रही है। आधुनिकता के इस दौर में अपनी पहचान को बचाए रखने के लिए ऐसे सांस्कृतिक आयोजन अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण हो जाते हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के यशस्वी नेतृत्व और दूरदर्शी मार्गदर्शन में आज भारत न केवल विकास के नए शिखर छू रहा है, बल्कि सनातन संस्कृति के गौरव को भी पूरे विश्व में पुनः स्थापित कर रहा है। उनके “सबका साथ, सबका विकास, सबका विश्वास और सबका प्रयास” के मंत्र से प्रेरणा लेकर राज्य सरकार देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड को विकास का आदर्श मॉडल बनाने के लिए दिन-रात कार्य कर रही है।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि “खटीमा, मेरे लिए केवल एक विधानसभा नहीं, बल्कि मेरा घर है और आप सभी मेरे परिवार हैं। यहीं से मैंने जनसेवा की यात्रा शुरू की थी और यहां की हर गली, हर गांव, हर चेहरा मेरे दिल में बसता है”। प्रदेश सरकार ने जहां खटीमा में हाईटेक बस स्टैंड, आधुनिक आईटीआई, पॉलीटेक्निक कॉलेज और 100 बेड के नए अस्पताल परिसर का निर्माण कर बुनियादी सुविधाओं को मजबूत करने का काम किया है, वहीं औद्योगिक विकास को गति देने के साथ ही, युवाओं की खेल प्रतिभा को निखारने हेतु राष्ट्रीय स्तर के अत्याधुनिक खेल स्टेडियम का निर्माण भी किया गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि क्षेत्र में कनेक्टिविटी को बेहतर बनाने हेतु गदरपुर और खटीमा बाईपास का निर्माण, नौसर में पुल के निर्माण के साथ-साथ पूरे क्षेत्र में सड़कों का व्यापक नेटवर्क विकसित किया गया है। हाल ही में उनकी सरकार ने खटीमा और टनकपुर के बीच एक भव्य सैन्य स्मारक बनाने की भी घोषणा की है, जिस पर शीघ्र ही कार्य प्रारंभ हो जाएगा। राजकीय महाविद्यालय खटीमा में जहां एमकॉम और एमएससी की कक्षाएं शुरू की गईं हैं, वहीं जनजाति बाहुल्य क्षेत्र में एकलव्य विद्यालय का संचालन भी किया जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि खटीमा के विकास की गति को कभी रुकने नहीं दिया जाएगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमने एक ही वर्ष में बेरोजगारी दर में रिकॉर्ड 4.4 प्रतिशत की कमी की है, जो राष्ट्रीय औसत से भी बेहतर है, लेकिन विपक्ष सिर्फ अफवाह और भ्रम फैलाने की राजनीति कर रहा है। उन्होंने दोहराया कि देवभूमि की संस्कृति से न तो कोई खिलवाड़ होगा, न ही डेमोग्राफी से कोई समझौता किया जाएगा। किसी को भी कानून व्यवस्था हाथ में लेने की छूट नहीं दी जा सकती है। इसीलिए हमने लैंड जिहाद, लव जिहाद और थूक जिहाद जैसी घृणित मानसिकता के खिलाफ कठोरतम कार्रवाई की।
उन्होंने कहा कि पहले योजनाओं की धनराशि में भी बंदरबांट हुआ करती थी और लाभार्थियों को दफ्तरों के चक्कर काटने पड़ते थे। लेकिन, आज डीबीटी के माध्यम से शत-प्रतिशत धनराशि खातों में हस्तांतरित की जा रही है। इसी का परिणाम है कि नंदा गौरा योजना के तहत प्रदेश की 40 हजार से अधिक बेटियों को 172 करोड़ रुपए से अधिक की सहायता सीधे खाते में दी गई।
मुख्यमंत्री ने मातृशक्ति को विशेष रूप से सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड की संस्कृति की असली वाहक आप हैं। आपके संस्कार, आपकी मेहनत और आपका त्याग ही हमारे समाज की सबसे बड़ी ताकत है। हमारा लक्ष्य उत्तराखण्ड को देश का सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बनाना है। और ये लक्ष्य कोई नारा नहीं, बल्कि हमारा “विकल्प रहित संकल्प” है और मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास है कि हमारे इस संकल्प को सिद्धि तक पहुंचाने के लिए आप सभी इसी प्रकार हमारी सरकार का सहयोग करते रहेंगे।
