मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने किया ऋषिकेश में ‘‘सरस आजीविका मेला’’ का उद्घाटन, ग्रामीण महिलाओं की आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण योजनाओं को बताया आत्मनिर्भर भारत का आधार

 उत्तराखण्ड के मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने ऋषिकेश में आयोजित ‘‘सरस आजीविका मेला’’ का उद्घाटन करते हुए ग्रामीण आजीविका और महिला सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में सरकार के प्रयासों की विस्तृत जानकारी दी। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन के अंतर्गत सी.एल.एफ. के लिए ₹1.20 करोड़ की 12 आर्थिक गतिविधियों का लोकार्पण किया तथा 10 अन्य सी.एल.एफ. के लिए ₹1 करोड़ की प्रस्तावित आर्थिक गतिविधियों का शिलान्यास भी किया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने “Rising Tehri – Physics Wala Online Coaching Class” का भी शुभारंभ किया, जो राज्य के ग्रामीण युवाओं को JEE और NEET जैसी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी अपने गांव-घर से ही करने की सुविधा देगा।

ग्रामीण प्रतिभा और स्थानीय उत्पादों को मिला मंच

मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि ‘‘सरस आजीविका मेला’’ राज्य की समृद्ध ग्रामीण सांस्कृतिक परंपरा, कौशल और उद्यमिता को प्रदर्शित करने का एक सशक्त मंच है। उन्होंने कहा कि ये मेले न केवल स्थानीय उत्पादों को बढ़ावा देते हैं, बल्कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के ‘‘आत्मनिर्भर भारत’’ और ‘‘वोकल फॉर लोकल’’ जैसे अभियानों को भी मजबूत करते हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने ‘‘स्वदेशी अपनाओ’’ अभियान का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि स्थानीय उत्पादों को प्राथमिकता देने का संकल्प हर नागरिक को लेना चाहिए। उन्होंने बताया कि ऐसे मेलों के माध्यम से महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों (SHG), हस्तशिल्पियों, ग्रामीण उद्यमियों और कृषि उत्पादकों को राष्ट्रीय और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाज़ारों से जोड़ा जा रहा है।

महिलाओं को आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनाने की योजनाएं

मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि राज्य सरकार महिलाओं के आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता दे रही है।
उन्होंने कहा:

  • ‘लखपति दीदी योजना’ के तहत 1.65 लाख से अधिक महिलाएं अब तक लखपति बन चुकी हैं।

  • ‘मुख्यमंत्री सशक्त बहना उत्सव योजना’ के अंतर्गत महिलाओं ने ₹5.5 करोड़ से अधिक का विपणन कर उद्यमिता की मिसाल पेश की है।

  • ‘हाउस ऑफ हिमालयाज’ ब्रांड के माध्यम से स्थानीय उत्पादों को वैश्विक बाज़ार तक पहुँचाया जा रहा है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने जानकारी दी कि 68,000 से अधिक स्वयं सहायता समूहों में 5 लाख से अधिक सदस्य जुड़ चुके हैं, साथ ही 534 क्लस्टर स्तरीय संगठन भी बनाए गए हैं।

महिला किसानों के लिए ठोस पहल

मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि फार्म लाइवलीहुड योजना और महिला किसान सशक्तिकरण योजना के तहत 3 लाख से अधिक महिला किसानों को प्रशिक्षित किया गया है।
इसके अतिरिक्त:

  • 2.5 लाख एग्रीन्यूट्री और किचन गार्डन की स्थापना की गई है।

  • 500 फार्म मशीनरी बैंक उपलब्ध कराए गए हैं।

  • 5000 से अधिक महिला किसानों को ऑर्गेनिक खेती से जोड़ा जा रहा है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा, “जब एक महिला आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त होती है तो वह केवल अपने परिवार को नहीं, बल्कि पूरे समाज को सशक्त बनाती है। आज राज्य की मातृशक्ति आत्मनिर्भरता की नई कहानी लिख रही है, जो इस सरस मेला में स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाई दे रही है।”

कार्यक्रम में हुई विशेष सहभागिता

इस अवसर पर राज्य के कैबिनेट मंत्री श्री गणेश जोशी, श्री सुबोध उनियाल, ग्राम्य विकास विभाग के अधिकारी, स्वयं सहायता समूहों की महिलाएं, ग्रामीण उद्यमी और बड़ी संख्या में स्थानीय लोग उपस्थित रहे।”लखपति दीदी से हाउस ऑफ हिमालयाज तक: सरस मेला बना मातृशक्ति की आत्मनिर्भरता का प्रतीक”
