उत्तराखण्ड में मदरसा बोर्ड समाप्त, अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा होगी मुख्यधारा से संबद्ध
राज्यपाल ने अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा विधेयक 2025 को दी मंजूरी, मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने बताया ऐतिहासिक कदम
उत्तराखण्ड में अब मदरसा बोर्ड इतिहास बनने जा रहा है। राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (सेनि.) ने उत्तराखण्ड अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा विधेयक, 2025 को मंजूरी दे दी है। इस विधेयक के लागू होते ही प्रदेश में संचालित सभी मदरसों को उत्तराखण्ड अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा प्राधिकरण से मान्यता लेनी होगी और उत्तराखण्ड विद्यालयी शिक्षा परिषद (उत्तराखण्ड बोर्ड) से संबद्धता प्राप्त करनी होगी।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने इस निर्णय को राज्य की शिक्षा व्यवस्था में “समानता और आधुनिकता की दिशा में ऐतिहासिक कदम” बताया। उन्होंने कहा, “हमारा लक्ष्य है कि *प्रदेश का हर बच्चा — चाहे वह किसी भी वर्ग या समुदाय से हो — समान शिक्षा और समान अवसरों के साथ आगे बढ़े।”
मुख्यमंत्री ने जानकारी दी कि जुलाई 2026 से शुरू होने वाले शैक्षणिक सत्र में राज्य के सभी अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षण संस्थानों में राष्ट्रीय पाठ्यचर्या रूपरेखा (NCF) और नई शिक्षा नीति (NEP-2020) के तहत शिक्षा दी जाएगी।
इस बदलाव के बाद उत्तराखण्ड देश का पहला ऐसा राज्य बन जाएगा जिसने मदरसा बोर्ड को समाप्त कर अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा संस्थानों को मुख्यधारा की शिक्षा प्रणाली से जोड़ने का साहसिक और निर्णायक कदम उठाया है।
सरकार के इस निर्णय का उद्देश्य प्रदेश में एकीकृत, समावेशी और गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्रणाली को बढ़ावा देना है, जिससे सभी वर्गों के छात्र भविष्य की चुनौतियों के लिए बेहतर रूप से तैयार हो सकें।
