सरकार द्वारा संचालित जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ जनपद के किसानों को उपलब्ध हो तथा उनकी आर्थिकी को मजबूत करने के लिए सहकारिता विभाग द्वारा संचालित पं. दीनदयाल किसान कल्याण योजना का लाभ जनपद के कृषकों को उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है।
इस आशय की जानकारी देते हुए जिला सहायक निबंधक सहकारिता रणजीत सिंह राणा ने अवगत कराया है कि जिलाधिकारी के निर्देशन में वर्तमान में सहकारिता विभाग द्वारा विभागीय कार्यों यथा *पं. दीनदयाल किसान कल्याण योजना* के अंतर्गत शून्य प्रतिशत ब्याज दर पर किसानों को ऋण वितरण, ऋण वसूली, ग्रामीण बचत केंद्र द्वारा बैंकिंग व्यवसाय के अतिरिक्त अभिनव के तौर पर जनपद के कृषकों की आय दोगुनी करने के उद्देश्य से राज्य समेकित सहकारी विकास परियोजना के अंतर्गत कुक्कुट पालन योजना का संचालन किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि इस योजना के तहत एक कुक्कुट वैली का चयन किया गया है, जिसमें 300 किसानों का चयन किया गया है।
उन्होंने बताया कि चयनित किसानों को कुक्कुट पालन हेतु पं. दीनदयाल किसान कल्याण योजना के अंतर्गत मुर्गी बाड़ा निर्माण, चूजे एवं दाना खरीद हेतु एक लाख 60 हजार रुपए का ऋण शून्य प्रतिशत ब्याज दर किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान में जनपद की तीन बहुउद्देशीय सहकारी समिति उत्तर्सू, डमारभीरी व उच्छाढुंगी के माध्यम से 91 कृषकों को उक्त योजना के तहत एक करोड़, 45 लाख, 60 हजार रुपए का ऋण वितरण किया जा चुका है। इसके साथ ही 37 कृषकों को 4222 चूजों का वितरण किया जा चुका है। उन्होंने बताया कि किसानों की आय दोगुनी करने के उद्देश्य से एवं विपणन हेतु कृषकों द्वारा पाले गई मुर्गियों की खरीद भी संबंधित समितियों द्वारा की जाएगी ताकि कृषकों को पाली गई मुर्गियों का उचित मूल्य प्राप्त हो सके।
