पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि योजना के तहत उत्तराखण्ड के 760148 लाभार्थी किसान परिवारों को 14वीं किस्त डीबीटी के माध्यम से 168 करोड़ रूपये की धनराशि हस्तान्तरित की गई है। इसके साथ ही उत्तराखण्ड को 300 किसान उत्पादक समूहों (एफपीओ) बनाने का लक्ष्य मिला हैं जिसके सापेक्ष राज्य में 207 एफपीओ का गठन हो चुका है। गुरूवार को प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के सीकर, राजस्थान से देशभर के किसानों को सम्बोधित कार्यक्रम को देहरादून में प्रदेशभर से उपस्थित किसानों ने वर्चुअल माध्यम से सुना।
इस अवसर पर कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित प्रदेशभर से आए किसानों को सम्बोधित करते हुए कैबिनेट मंत्री श्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने देश के किसानों को मजबूत करने का कार्य किया है। केन्द्रीय कृषि बजट वर्ष 2014 में 23000 करोड़ से बढ़कर वर्तमान में 125000 करोड़ पहुंच गया है। कृषि बजट में यह वृद्धि पांच गुना से अधिक है। कृषि और कृषक कल्याण केन्द्र तथा राज्य सरकार की प्राथमिकता है। किसानों को डीबीटी के माध्यम से सभी योजनाओं का पूरा लाभ मिल रहा है। कैबिनेट मंत्री ने अधिकारियों से देहरादून के किसान भवन में किसान काॅल सेंटर खोलने की योजना पर कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
सचिव दीपेन्द्र कुमार चौधरी ने जानकारी दी कि पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि योजना के तहत उत्तराखण्ड के 760148 किसान परिवार लाभान्वित हुए हैं जिन्हें आज 14वीं किस्त डीबीटी के माध्यम से 168 करोड़ रूपये की धनराशि हस्ताान्तरित की गई है। इसके साथ ही उत्तराखण्ड को 300 किसान उत्पादक समूह (एफपीओ) के गठन का लक्ष्य मिला हैं जिसके सापेक्ष राज्य में 207 एफपीओ का गठन हो चुका है। पर्वतीय राज्यों में एक एफपीओ में कम से कम 100 काश्तकारों को रखा गया है। एफपीओ के गठन के पीछे भारत सरकार की एक दूरदर्शी सोच रही है। केन्द्र सरकार ने 6865 करोड़ रूपये के साथ अगले तीन साल में 10000 एफपीओ बनाने का लक्ष्य रखा है। उत्तराखण्ड सरकार ने भी राज्य में कृषि के विकास के लिए बहुत सी महत्वकांक्षी योजनाएं प्रदेश में लागू की हैं। इनमें प्राकृतिक खेती योजना, नमामि गंगे प्राकृतिक खेती योजना, मिलेटस योजना, स्थानीय प्रजाति प्रोत्साहन योजना तथा सिचांई के साधनों का विकास करना आदि प्रमुख हैं। राज्य में फल, सब्जी तथा फूलों की खेती को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए 8000 पाॅलीहाउस आगामी 1-2 वर्ष में बनाने का लक्ष्य है। इसके लिए जिलाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में गठित कमेटी में काश्तकारों द्वारा आवेदन किया जा सकता है। राज्य सरकार का लक्ष्य है कि काश्तकारों की आय में बढ़ोतरी की जाय। जिलाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि स्वयं सहायता समूहों द्वारा प्रसंस्करित स्थानीय उत्पादों के लिए बाजारों में स्थान उपलब्ध करवाया जाए।
कार्यक्रम में विधायक मुन्ना सिंह चौहान , जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष मधु चौहान , उत्तराखण्ड राज्य किसान आयोग के अध्यक्ष राकेश राजपूत, भाजपा किसान मोर्चा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष जोगेन्द्र सिंह पुण्डीर, डीजी कृषि रणवीर सिंह चौहान, कृषि विभाग के अन्य अधिकारी तथा प्रदेशभर से बड़ी संख्या में आए किसान मौजूद रहे।
