शासन के निर्देशों के अनुपालन में जिलाधिकारी मयूर दीक्षित ने जनपद स्तरीय अधिकारियों को राजस्व गांव में क्षेत्रीय जनता की समस्याओं के निराकरण एवं सरकार द्वारा संचालित जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी उपलब्ध कराए जाने हेतु सभी जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों को माह जून, 2023 का भ्रमण कार्यक्रम निर्धारित किया गया है जिसमें सभी अधिकारी आवंटित ग्राम पंचायतों में जाकर रात्रि प्रवास के साथ ग्रामीणों के साथ बैठक करेंगे तथा उनकी समस्याओं को सुनते हुए उनके निराकरण हेतु आवश्यक कार्यवाही करेंगे।
जिलाधिकारी ने सभी जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि उन्हें आवंटित ग्राम पंचायतों में जाकर बैठक का आयोजन करते हुए क्षेत्रीय जनता की समस्याओं का निदान करने तथा सरकार द्वारा संचालित जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी देना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। अधिकारियों द्वारा ग्राम भ्रमण के दौरान विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा निर्मित/निर्माणाधीन पेंशनरों आदि का भी भौतिक स्थलीय सत्यापन किया जाएगा। साथ ही कमियां पाए जाने पर उसकी सूचना से उन्हें एवं मुख्य विकास अधिकारी को अवगत कराएंगे। जिसमें प्रत्येक अधिकारी अपने गांव की समस्याओं के निस्तारण हेतु सभी संबंधित विभागों से समन्वय करें तथा निस्तारण हेतु स्वयं उत्तरदायी होंगे। भ्रमण के दौरान संबंधित ग्राम पंचायत के प्रधान, ग्राम पंचायत विकास अधिकारी, राजस्व उप निरीक्षक, अध्यापक, प्रधानाचार्य एवं अन्य क्षेत्रीय कर्मचारी एक टीम में होंगे जो लगातार गांव की गतिविधियों/समस्याओं की माॅनीटरिंग करेंगे।
उन्होंने अवगत कराया है कि उनके द्वारा स्वयं विकास खंड अगस्त्यमुनि के फलासी गांव का भ्रमण करते हुए ग्रामीणों के साथ बैठक आयोजित की जाएगी तथा मुख्य विकास अधिकारी नरेश कुमार विकास खंड जखोली के ग्राम पंचायत पांजणा, अपर जिलाधिकारी दीपेंद्र सिंह नेगी बच्चवाड़ गांव में भ्रमण कर ग्रामीणों के साथ बैठक करेंगे। उप वन संरक्षक अभिमन्यु विकास खंड ऊखीमठ के पाब जगपुड़ा, जिला विकास अधिकारी मनविंदर कौर मदोला गांव का भ्रमण करेंगे। इनके अलावा सहायक परियोजना निदेशक केके पंत मयकोटी, उप जिलाधिकारी रुद्रप्रयाग अपर्णा ढौंडियाल जसोली, उप जिलाधिकारी ऊखीमठ जितेंद्र वर्मा उनियाणा गांव तथा जखोली परमानंद राम सिरवाड़ी गांव में भ्रमण कर ग्रामीणों की समस्याओं के निराकरण को लेकर बैठक आयोजित करेंगे। इसके साथ ही अन्य सभी अधिकारी उन्हें आवंटित ग्राम पंचायतों में क्षेत्रीय जनता के साथ बैठक आयोजित कर संचालित योजनाओं का सत्यापन करेंगे।
