जन समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के लिए अधिकारी गांवों में जाकर चौपाल लगायें। समय-समय पर अधिकारियां रात्रि चौपाल लगाकर जन समस्याओं को सुनें और उनका मौके पर निदान करें। तहसील दिवसों का रोस्टर बनाकर नियमित आयोजन किया जाए। सरकार द्वारा चलाई जा रही विभिन्न जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का आम जन को लाभ मिले, इसके लिए प्रक्रियाओं के सरलीकरण पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए। कलक्ट्रेट सभागार टिहरी में जनपद के अधिकारियों की बैठक के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने निर्देश दिये।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि टिहरी जनपद में जी-20 की जिन दो बैठकों का आयोजन होना है। उस दौरान हम अपनी सांस्कृतिक विरासत, स्थानीय उत्पादों को बढ़ावा देने, जनपद के धार्मिक एवं पर्यटन से जुड़ी गतिविधियों एवं विशिष्ट कार्यों में से क्या प्रस्तुतीकरण दे सकते हैं, इसकी पूरी तैयारी की जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड को वैश्विक पटल पर लाने का यह हमारे पास सुनहरा मौका है। अपने स्थानीय उत्पादों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए यह अच्छा अवसर है। लोकल टू ग्लोबल की दिशा में हम क्या कर सकते है, इस पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि 2025 तक देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड को ड्रग्स फ्री बनाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि इसके लिए जनपद स्तर पर व्यापक स्तर पर जन जागरूकता अभियान चलाया जाए। युवाओं को नशे की लत से बचाने के लिए लगातार जागरूकता कार्यक्रम किये जाए। 2024 तक राज्य को क्षय रोग से मुक्त करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया। उन्होंने लोक निर्माण विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि, सड़कों की खराब स्थिति पर जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों पर सख्त कारवाई की जायेगी।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने इस अवसर पर जनपद टिहरी के आदि शक्ति धाम मोमेंटो का अनावरण किया। मिशन शतक के तहत मुख्यमंत्री ने मेधावी छात्र-छात्राओं को प्रशस्ति पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया। मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा जनपद के 61 अमृत सरोवरों का शुभारंभ, 392 लखपती दीदी को मनरेगा के माध्यम से व्यक्तिगत परिसम्पत्ति निर्माण कार्य का शुभारंभ, 100 न्यूट्री गार्डन का शुभारंभ, 62 आंगनबाड़ी भवनों का शुभारंभ, जनपद के अन्तर्गत गोट वैली योजना का शुभारंभ, 100 लाभार्थियों को पॉली हाऊस का ऑनलाईन वितरण, जनपद के अन्तर्गत यूकेसीडीपी के अन्तर्गत पोल्ट्री वैली योजना का शुभारंभ, 25 ब्रायलर फार्म का शुभारंभ वर्चुअल माध्यम से किया गया। जनपद के 09 विकासखण्डों में प्रत्येक में एक-एक स्मार्ट विलेज की बनाने की योजना का भी मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा शुभारंभ किया गया।
जिलाधिकारी टिहरी डॉ. सौरभ गहरवार ने जी-20 की तैयारियों को लेकर जानकारी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि टिहरी में मेडिकल कॉलेज के लिए भूमि के जो प्रस्ताव प्राप्त हुए हैं, उनको शासन को भेजा जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि लोगों की आजीविका को बढ़ाने के लिए विभिन्न विभागों के माध्यम से लगातार प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। जनपद में क्षय रोगियों को इस रोग से मुक्त करने के लिए जनप्रतिनिधियों एवं अधिकारियों को निक्षय मित्र बनाया गया है।
मुख्य विकास अधिकारी मनीष कुमार ने जनपद में हो रहे विभिन्न विकास कार्यों की विस्तार से जानकारी दी। उन्होंने कहा जनपद में 84 अमृत सरोवर बनाये जा चुके हैं। 61 और अमृत सरोवर बनाये जा रहे हैं। जो जनपद को लक्ष्य मिला था, उससे अधिक अमृत सरोवर बनाये जा चुके हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि कृषि एवं उद्यान को बढ़ावा देने के लिए जनपद में अनेक कार्य हो रहे हैं।
बैठक में सांसद टिहरी गढ़वाल मालाराज्य लक्ष्मी शाह, जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष टिहरी सोना सजवाण, विधायक टिहरी किशोर उपाध्याय, धनोल्टी प्रीतम सिंह पंवार, देवप्रयाग श्री विनोद कंडारी, घनसाली शक्तिलाल शाह, प्रदेश महामंत्री भाजपा आदित्य कोठारी, जिलाध्यक्ष भाजपा राजेश नौटियाल, ब्लॉक प्रमुख जाखणीधार सुनीता देवी, चंबा शिवानी बिष्ट वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक नवनीत सिंह भुल्लर, अपर जिलाधिकारी रामजी शरण शर्मा, डीडीओ सुनील कुमार, सहित जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
