• जिलाधिकारी धीराज सिंह गर्ब्याल ने बुधवार को कैम्प कार्यालय हल्द्वानी में फरियादियों की जनता दरबार लगाकर जन समस्याएं सुनी। जनता दरबार में फरियादियों द्वारा मुख्यतयाः पेयजल, सडक, पेंशन, भूमि, अतिक्रमण,खनन पट्टे, शस्त्र लाइसेंस आदि की समस्या से सम्बन्धित दर्जनों शिकायतें दर्ज हुई। इस अवसर पर जिलाधिकारी ने दूरभाष से वार्ता कर एवं मौके पर उपस्थित संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्धारित समयावधि में समस्याओं का निस्तारित करते हुए अवगत कराने के भी निर्देश दिए।
• जनता दरबार में अधिकांश लोगों द्वारा पेयजल की समस्या से अवगत कराया गया। जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने अधिशासी अभियंता जलसंस्थान को पेयजल से समस्या ग्रस्त क्षेत्रों में शीघ्र टीमें भेजने के निर्देश मौके पर दिये। उन्होंने अधिशासी अभिंयता जलसंस्थान को निर्देश दिये कि जिन स्थानों पर पेयजल लाइनों से पानी का रिसाव हो रहा है उन स्थानों पर शीघ्र मरम्मत की जाए। उन्होंने जलजीवन मिशन के अन्तर्गत कार्यों की प्रगति सुचारू रूप से ना होने के कारण नाराजगी व्यक्त की तथा शीघ्र ही जलजीवन मिशन के अन्तर्गत होने वाले कार्यों की समीक्षा की जायेगी।
• भावना देवी निवासी हरिपुर तुलाराम ने बताया कि उनके आवासीय भवन के ऊपर से विद्युत विभाग द्वारा अनाधिकृत रूप से लाईन डाल दी है जिससे कभी भी दुर्घटना की सम्भावना के साथ ही जानमाल का खतरा भी बना हुआ है। उन्होंने जिलाधिकारी से आवासीय भवन से विद्युत लाईन को अन्यत्र शिफ्ट कराने का अनुरोध किया। जिस पर जिलाधिकारी श्री गर्ब्याल ने अधिशासी अभियंता विद्युत को स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर आख्या प्रस्तुत कराने के निर्देश मौके पर दिये।
• ममता खाती निवासी आवास विकास हल्द्वानी ने बताया कि प्रर्थीनी विधवा व बेसहारा महिला है उनके पास कोई रोजगार नही है साथ ही आवासीय भवन भी नहीं है। श्रीमती ममता ने आजीविका रोजगार हेतु आर्थिक सहायता दिलाने की मांग की। जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने महाप्रबन्धक उद्योग को शीघ्र उक्त प्रकरण में कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिये ताकि महिला हो स्वरोजगार हेतु आर्थिक सहायता ससमय मिल सके।
• जनता दरबार में प्रमोद कुमार जोशी निवासी छोटी मुखानी हल्द्वानी ने ई-स्टाम्प बिक्री काउन्टर टिन सैड तोडने,जाकिर हुसैन वार्ड नम्बर 59 जोशी विहार गौजाजाली ने भारत गन स्टोर से शस्त्र रिलीज कराने का अनुरोध के साथ ही विकास एवं पर्यावरण समिति विकासपुरम जज फार्म द्वारा नगर निगम क्षेत्र के अन्तर्गत मुखानी वार्ड संख्या 52 एवं 53 परिसीमन के सम्बन्ध में अनुरोध किया। जिनका जिलाधिकारी द्वारा मौके पर ही समाधान कर सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया।
•जनता दरबार में अपर जिलाधिकारी अशोक जोशी, उपजिलाधिकारी मनीष कुमार, एसीएमओ डा0 रश्मि पंत, प्रोवेशन अधिकारी व्योमा जैन के साथ ही जलसंस्थान, जलनिगम, लोनिवि के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
