देहरादून – मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी से सोमवार को सचिवालय में भारतीय किसान यूनियन के पदाधिकारियों ने भेंट की। भारतीय किसान यूनियन के पदाधिकारियों ने किसानों की समस्याओं से मुख्यमंत्री को अवगत कराया और उनके उचित समाधान का अनुरोध किया।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड की अधिकांश आबादी कृषि एवं इससे संबंधित कार्यों पर निर्भर है। राज्य सरकार द्वारा कृषि एवं बागवानी के क्षेत्र में कार्य कर रहे लोगों के हित में अनेक योजनाएं चलाई जा रही है। कृषि, बागवानी के साथ औषधीय उत्पादों को बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है। किसानों को तीन लाख रूपए और महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों को पांच लाख रूपए तक का ऋण बिना ब्याज के उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है। जैविक खेती को बढ़ावा देने के लिए 3900 जैविक क्लस्टरों में काम शुरू किया गया है। किसानों को कृषि उपकरण उपलब्ध कराने के लिए ‘‘फार्म मशीनरी बैंक’’ योजना शुरू की है। इसके लिए 80 फीसदी तक सब्सिडी उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि किसानों को हर संभव सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के लिए राज्य सरकार कृत संकल्पित है।
