देहरादून – मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रविवार को शहीद स्थल रामपुर तिराहा मुजफ्फरनगर, उत्तर प्रदेश में उत्तराखण्ड राज्य आन्दोलकारी शहीदों की पुण्य स्मृति में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में शहीद स्थल पर उत्तराखण्ड राज्य आन्दोलकारी शहीदों को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की। उन्होंने इस मौके पर घोषणा की कि दिवंगत महावीर शर्मा जी, जिन्होंने इस शहीद स्थल के लिये अपनी भूमि दान की, उनकी स्मृति में यहां पर एक प्रतिमा स्थापित की जायेगी तथा ग्राम- रामपुर, सिसौना, मेघपुर एवं बागोंवाली ग्रामवासियों की सहृदयता एवं जन भावना के दृष्टिगत 2016 में जन मिलन केन्द्रों का निर्माण कराया गया था, उनके पुनर्निर्माण का कार्य किए जाने की घोषणा की।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि राज्य निर्माण के लिए सही गई कठोरतम पीड़ाओं में से एक रामपुर तिराहा कांड की बरसी पर मैं उत्तराखंड के एक-एक आंदोलनकारी को दंडवत नमन करता हूं। उन्होंने कहा अपनी अस्मिता के लिए शांतिपूर्वक आंदोलन कर रहे उत्तराखंडियों को मिला ये घाव आज तक भरा नहीं है और प्रदेश का एक-एक जन आज भी इसके दर्द को महसूस करता है। उन्होंने रामपुर तिराहा गोलीकांड में अपना बलिदान देने वाले आंदोलनकारियो को नमन किया। उन्होंने कहा शहीद हुए आंदोलनकारियो के सपनों के अनुरुप राज्य का निर्माण हो इसके लिए हमारी सरकार हर क्षेत्र में विकास कार्यों को आगे ले जाने का कार्य कर रही है। उन्होंने प्रण लेते हुए कहा कि हम शहीद आंदोलनकारियों द्वारा दिखाई गई राह और उनके द्वारा स्थापित आदर्शों को अपना आधार बनाकर उत्तराखंड का विकास सुनिश्चित करेंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में हम प्रत्येक दिन उत्तराखंड राज्य को उसकी मूल रचना एवं आधार के अनुरूप आगे ले जाने का कार्य कर रहे है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने केदारनाथ धाम से 21वीं सदी का तीसरा दशक उत्तराखंड का दशक बताया था जिस पर केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार मिलकर लगातार कार्य कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा इस बार चार धाम यात्रा में अभी तक 39 लाख ( रजिस्टर्ड ) श्रद्धालुओं ने यात्रा की है, मां गंगा एवं बाबा केदार के आशीर्वाद से यात्रा सुगम एवं सुरक्षित चल रही है। पहली बार हमारी सरकार ने काँवड़ यात्रा में बजट का प्रावधान किया। उन्होंने कहा 2013 आपदा के बाद केदारनाथ पुनर्निर्माण का कार्य प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में हुआ जिसके फलस्वरूप आज केदारनाथ का भव्य एवं दिव्य प्रांगण पूरे विश्व में अपनी अलग पहचान बनाया हुआ है, एवं बद्रीनाथ के मास्टर प्लान पर कार्य चल रहा है, उन्होंने कहा दिल्ली – देहरादून हाईवे बनने से दोनों शहरों की दूरी करीब 2 घंटे में तय कर ली जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कुमाऊं क्षेत्र में पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने हेतु पौराणिक मंदिरों को जोड़ कर मानसखण्ड कॉरिडोर का निर्माण किया जा रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड की बेटी अंकिता भंडारी के साथ हुआ कृत्य क्षमा योग्य नहीं है एवं ऐसे असामाजिक तत्वों को हमारे राज्य में रहने का कोई हक नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कानून के माध्यम से अपराधियों को कड़ी से कड़ी सजा दी जाएगी एवं फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट के माध्यम से माननीय न्यायालय में मामले को आगे बढ़ाया जाएगा।
उन्होंने इस अवसर पर शहीद स्मारक स्थल हेतु अपनी जमीन दान करने वाले दिवंगत पंडित महावीर शर्मा को याद करते हुए उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की।
केंद्रीय रक्षा राज्य मंत्री अजय भट्ट ने शहीदों को नमन करते हुए कहा कि आंदोलनकारियों की कुर्बानियों पर यह राज्य बना हुआ है। उत्तराखंड राज्य की मांग को लेकर हुए आंदोलन ने पूरे देश का ध्यान अपनी ओर खिंचा था। उन्होंने कहा स्वर्गीय अटल बिहारी वाजपेई जी ने राज्य निर्माण की घोषणा की।अलग राज्य होने के बावजूद उत्तर प्रदेश एवं उत्तराखंड के लोगों में प्यार अभी भी बना हुआ है। उन्होंने कहा राज्य निर्माण की मांग इसलिए हुई थी ताकि हमारे दूरदराज पहाड़ों में मूलभूत सुविधाएं पहुंचे। आज मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में संपूर्ण उत्तराखंड का विकास हमारे आंदोलनकारियों एवं शहीदों के सपनों के अनुरूप हो रहा है।
इस दौरान केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री संजीव कुमार बाल्यान, कैबिनेट मंत्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल, राज्यमंत्री स्वतंत्र प्रभार ( उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार) कपिलदेव अग्रवाल, भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष महेंद्र भट्ट, विधायक प्रदीप बत्रा, सचिव उत्तराखंड शासन एच.सी सेमवाल एवं अन्य लोग मौजूद रहे।
