गुरुवार को मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सचिवालय में राज्य के आय के संसाधनों को बढ़ावा देने के साथ ही निवेश की संभावनाओं के संबंध में शासन के उच्चाधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षा की। मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिये कि राज्य में जीएसटी कर संग्रह बढ़ाने के साथ राज्य के राजस्व संसाधनों में वृद्धि के लिये समेकित प्रयास किये जाएं उन्होंने इस सम्बन्ध में हिमाचल सहित अन्य पर्वतीय राज्यों द्वारा अपनायी जा रही व्यवस्थाओं का अध्ययन करने पर बल दिया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कर चोरी रोकने के लिये प्रभावी तंत्र विकसित करने पर ध्यान दिये जाने पर बल देते हुए राज्य सरकार द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं के लाभार्थियों को आधार कार्ड से जोड़ने की व्यवस्था करने पर ध्यान देने को कहा। उन्होंने जेम के माध्यम से प्रोक्योरमेंट किये जाने तथा सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम का व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार करने एवं लैंड बैंक की स्थापना के लिये प्रभावी कार्य योजना तैयार किये जाने के निर्देश दिये।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जीएसटी में सेक्टरवार बढ़ोतरी हो इसके प्रयास किये जाएं, अधिक से अधिक लोग रिटर्न भरने के लिये प्रेरित हों तथा सभी लोग क्रय सामग्री की रशीद लेने की आदत डाल सकें, इसके लिये ग्राहक प्रोत्साहन योजना की व्यवस्था बनाये जाने पर भी ध्यान दिये जाने की उन्होंने जरूरत बतायी। उन्होंने इंफोर्समेंट एवं इंटेलिजेंस सिस्टम की मजबूती तथा आईटी टीम की मजबूती पर भी ध्यान देने को कहा। इसके लिये आईटीडीए से भी मदद ली जा सकती है। उन्होंने कर चोरी को रोकने के लिये ऑडिट विंग को भी प्रभावी बनाये जाने के निर्देश दिये।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि बेहतर कार्य संस्कृति तथा कार्य प्रणाली में सुधारात्मक कदम उठाये जाने से सभी विभाग आय के संसाधनों को बढ़ावा देने में मददगार बन सकते हैं। इसके लिये उन्होंने राज्य हित से जुड़ी नीतियों को अमल में लाये जाने पर भी बल दिया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रमुख सचिव आर.के. सुधांशु को सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन तथा लैण्ड बैंक की स्थापना के संबंध में कार्य योजना तैयार करने को कहा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में यदि बड़ी संख्या में बड़े होटल स्थापित हो जाए तो पर्यटन व्यवसाय को बढ़ावा देने के साथ राज्य की आर्थिकी की मजबूती में यह बड़ा कदम होगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य का वातावरण उद्योगों के अनुकूल है, यहां श्रमिक असंतोष नहीं हैं। बेहतर कानून व्यवस्था होने के कारण राज्य में निवेश की राह प्रशस्त हो सकती है। इस दिशा में भी पहल की जानी होगी। एमएसएमई क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत उद्योगों को बढ़ावा देने के लिये उद्योग मित्र की नियमित बैठक आयोजित किये जाने की भी बात मुख्यमंत्री ने की।

इस अवसर पर मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एस.एस. सन्धु, अपर मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी, आनन्द बर्द्धन, प्रमुख सचिव आर. के सुधांशु, एल. फैनई, सचिव आर. मीनाक्षी सुन्दरम, नितेश कुमार झा, राधिका झा, सौजन्या, बी.वी.आर.सी. पुरूषोतम आदि उपस्थित रहे।
