मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह की अध्यक्षता में ‘हर घर तिरंगा अभियान’ पर आयोजित वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग में प्रतिभाग किया। वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग में केंद्रीय संस्कृति मंत्री जी. किशन रेड्डी, राज्यों व केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के राज्यपाल, उप राज्यपाल व मुख्यमंत्री उपस्थित रहे।
केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने कहा कि आजादी की 75 वीं वर्षगांठ के अवसर पर आयोजित कार्यक्रम ‘हर घर तिरंगा’ में जनसहभागिता सबसे जरूरी है। इसके लिये व्यापक स्तर पर प्रचार प्रसार कर लोगों विशेष रूप से युवाओं को प्रेरित करना है। यह जन जन का कार्यक्रम है। इसके लिये केंद्रीय सरकार व सभी राज्य सरकारों को मिलकर काम करना है। ‘घर घर तिरंगा अभियान’ की भावना को ग्राम स्तर तक ले जाना है। स्कूली बच्चों की प्रभात फेरियो का आयोजन किया जाए।
बताया गया कि आजादी के अमृत महोत्सव के अंतर्गत 13 अगस्त से 15 अगस्त तक देश भर में हर घर तिरंगा अभियान संचालित किया जाएगा। जन जन को इसमें भागीदारी के लिये प्रेरित किया जाएगा। लोग बढ चढकर उत्साह के साथ सहभागिता कर सकें, इसके लिए फ्लैग कोड में कतिपय संशोधन किये गये हैं। इसकी विस्तृत जानकारी राज्यों को प्रेषित की जा रही है।
वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के बाद मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने अधिकारियों को ‘हर घर तिरंगा अभियान’ की तैयारी पूरी गम्भीरता व सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता से करने के निर्देश दिये।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की पहल पर देश की आजादी के 75 वी वर्षगांठ को अमृत महोत्सव के रूप में मनाया जा रहा है। इससे देशवासियों में उत्साह का संचार हुआ है। युवाओं में देश के प्रति कर्तव्य भावना बलवती हुई है।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि हर घर तिरंगा अभियान में हमारे गैलेन्ट्री अवार्ड विजेताओं को शामिल किया जाए। प्रदेश में 20 लाख घरों में तिरंगा लोगों द्वारा स्वयं लगाया जाना है। इतने बङे स्तर पर जन सहभागिता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए व्यापक प्रचार प्रसार किया जाए। खास तौर पर सोशल मीडिया का उपयोग किया जाए। सभी सरकारी वेबसाइट व सोशल मीडिया हैण्डल का प्रयोग किया जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेश में हर घर तिरंगा अभियान कार्यक्रम की विस्तृत रूपरेखा बनाकर अविलंब तैयारियां शुरू की जाएं। इसमें सभी विभाग मिलकर काम करें। स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानियों व उनके परिवार जनों, स्वयं सेवी संस्थाओं, प्रबुद्ध जनों को भी कार्यक्रम से जोङा जाए। कांवङ यात्रियों को भी तिरंगा के लिए प्रेरित किया जाए।
बैठक में अपर मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूङी, सचिव संस्कृति हरिचंद्र सेमवाल, निदेशक संस्कृति वीणा भट्ट व अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
