देहरादून : ’’राष्ट्रीय जनसम्पर्क दिवस’’ के अवसर पर आज पब्लिक रिलेशन सोसायटी ऑफ इंडिया (पीआरएसआई) के देहादून चेप्टर द्वारा सुभाष रोड स्थित एक होटल में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि के तौर उपस्थित रहे। पीएसआरआई सदस्यों द्वारा मंत्री को स्मृति चिन्ह भेंट कर तथा सॉल ओढ़ा कर सम्मानित किया।
इस दौरान कैबिनेट मंत्री को जल्दी जाना था। जल्दी जाने की वजह बताते हुए मंत्री ने कहा कि ‘‘मैं तो फौजी हूं मैं समय का बहुत पाबंद हूं, मुझे पहले कार्यक्रम का समय 5ः30बजे का बताया गया था। जैसे ही मैं निकलने को हुआ तो मुझे बताया गया कि आयोजकों का फोन आया है कि आप 6ः30 बजे तक आना। आप लोग नेताओं को कार्यक्रम में आने का दोषी करार देते हैं पर यहां मैं दोषी नहीं हूं। इस पर सभी लोग जोरों से ठहाके मार कर हंसने लगे।
इसके बाद शुरू हुए अपने संबोधन में कृषि मंत्री ने कहा कि व्यापक जनता के बीच सही सूचनाओं का प्रसार एवं भ्रामक सूचनाओं तथा अफवाहों को काउंटर किया जाना अत्यधिक महत्वपूर्ण एवं जिम्मेदारी भरा कार्य है। मैं चाहूंगा कि पीआरएसआई से जुड़े सदस्यगण, जनसम्पर्क के क्षेत्र में आने वाले समस्त जनों के बीच सरकार की जनपक्षधर योजनाओं का अधिक से अधिक प्रचार-प्रसार अवश्य करें। विशेषतौर से कृषि एवं बागवानी विभाग से जुड़ी विभिन्न योजनाओं को पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में प्रचारित – प्रसारित करने का विशेष अभियान संचालित करें। ताकि हम सभी मिल कर कृषि तथा बागवानी के अत्यधिक संभावनाशील क्षेत्र में रोजगार एवं स्वरोजगार के नए रास्ते खोल कर राज्य के गावों से हो रहे पलायन पर प्रभावी लगाम लगा सकें।

कृषि मंत्री ने पीआरएसआई के द्वारा मॉस कम्युनिकेशन के विद्यार्थियों के लिए पिछले वर्ष प्रशिक्षण शिविर के आयोजन, नई शिक्षा नीति के प्रचार-प्रसार में पीआरएसआई द्वारा किए गए कार्य और वगत दो वर्ष के दौरान कोरोना जागरूकता अभियान चलाने के लिए तथा ”विजयी भारत“ अभियान के अंतर्गत कोरोना पर भारत की सफल विजय की आशा के साथ आने वाले समय में सभी मानकों से भारत को विश्व का सबसे अग्रणी देश बनाने के प्रति एक नई जागृति और स्फूर्ति जगाने के सराहनीय प्रयासों की सराहना की।
उन्होंने कहा कि मैं आशा करूंगा कि अगली बार जब पीआरएसआई के कार्यक्रम में आउं तो मैं पीआरएसआई के प्रभाव से उपजी सक्सेज स्टोरीज को लोकार्पित करूं।
