देहरादून : मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी बुधवार को जीएमएस रोड़ स्थित वैडिंग प्वाइंट में आयोजित नवभारत नव निर्माण मंच उत्तराखण्ड कार्यक्रम में शामिल हुए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने राज्य से जुड़े विभिन्न विषयों पर परिचर्चा के दौरान स्पष्ट किया कि उत्तराखण्ड की जनता की सेवा हमारा भाव तथा राज्य का समग्र विकास हमारा ध्येय है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य के विकास में केन्द्र सरकार का पूरा सहयोग मिल रहा है। राज्य में केन्द्र सरकार के सहयोग से लगभग एक लाख करोड़ की योजनायें संचालित हो रही हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि व्यापक जनहित को ध्यान में रखते हुए राज्य सरकार द्वारा देवस्थानम प्रबंधन बोर्ड़ अधिनियम वापस लिया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश विकास के नये आयाम प्राप्त कर रहा है। केदारनाथ धाम पुनर्निर्माण, अयोध्या में भव्य राम मंदिर निर्माण का कार्य तथा काशी विश्वनाथ धाम को भव्य स्वरूप देना इसका उदाहरण है। अहिल्याबाई होल्कर के बाद पीएम मोदी ने काशी विश्वनाथ धाम का पुनरूद्धार का कार्य किया। बद्रीनाथ धाम के सौन्दर्यीकरण का भी कार्य चल रहा है। 250 करोड़ की योजना इसके लिये तैयार की गई है। इस प्रकार आज प्रधानमंत्री जी के नेतृत्व में देश की सांस्कृतिक विरासत को आगे बढ़ाये जाने का कार्य हो रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि तुष्टीकरण नहीं सबको विकास का लाभ देने का कार्य हो रहा है। अटल आयुष्मान योजना, उज्ज्वला योजना, जल जीवन मिशन जैसी योजनायें सबके लिये हैं। सबका साथ सबका विकास का संकल्प पूरा किया जा रहा है। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी देश के विकास की नई गाथा लिख रहे हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में पर्यटन, स्वास्थ्य, आजीविका मिशन, पंचायतों से जुड़े प्रतिनिधियों, खिलाड़ियों, नौजवानों के हित में राहत पैकेज के साथ ही कल्याणकारी निर्णय लिये हैं। हमें राज्य के विकास में जितना भी समय मिला है वे उसमें खुलकर बैटिंग कर रहे हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि पूरे प्रदेश की जनता का आशीर्वाद हमें मिल रहा है। जनता की समस्याओं से वे परिचित हैं। जन समस्याओं का समाधान हमारा उद्देश्य भी है, ध्येय भी है। राज्य में चारधाम परियोजना, ऋषिकेश-कर्णप्रयाग रेल परियोजना राज्य को जोड़ने वाले हाई-वे राज्य के विकास की दिशा तय कर रहे हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड के लोग स्वाभिमानी और राष्ट्रभक्त हैं। हम चुनाव को ध्यान में रखकर कार्य नहीं कर रहे हैं, बल्कि सभी क्षेत्रों का समान रूप से विकास कर रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य के युवाओं को रोजगार, स्वरोजगार से जोड़ने के लिये प्रभावी पहल की है। राज्य में सरकारी विभागों में 24 हजार पदों पर नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया प्रारम्भ की है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकारी नौकरी से ही बेरोजगारी दूर नहीं की जा सकती है, इसके लिये स्वरोजगार पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जा रहा है। बैंकों से ऋण सुविधा को आसान बनाया, होम स्टे योजना, मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना आदि के जरिये हमारे युवा रोजगार देने वाले भी बनें इसके लिये धरातल पर कार्य किया जा रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य के विकास के लिये सभी विभागों का 10 साल का रोड मैप तैयार किया जा रहा है। 2025 में जब हमारा राज्य अपनी रजत जयंती वर्ष मनायेगा तब देश के अग्रणी राज्यों में शामिल हो इसका हमारा प्रयास है। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने कहा है कि 21 वीं सदी का तीसरा दशक उत्तराखण्ड का होगा। हम इस दिशा में भी कार्य कर रहे हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य की इकोलॉजी और इकोनॉमी को बढ़ावा देने का भी हमारा प्रयास है, राज्य में प्रभावी भूमि सुधार के लिये कमेटी बनायी गई है, राज्य हित में जो भी निर्णय उचित होगा हम वह लेंगे और ले रहे हैं। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी को कर्मयोगी बताते हुए उन्हें प्रेरणा देने वाला बताया। नरेन्द्र मोदी के प्रधानमंत्री बनने के बाद देश की कार्य संस्कृति में बदलाव आया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वे वर्तमान में जीते हैं उनके अंदर जितनी सामर्थ्य व ताकत है उसका पूर्ण मनोयोग से जनता की सेवा में उपयोग कर रहे हैं। राज्य में नो पेंडेंसी का ध्येय लेकर हम भी कार्य संस्कृति में बदलाव लाने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं।
