इस मौके पर अध्यक्ष किसान सभा सोबन सिंह भण्डारी ने तिमली (दुबलियाणा) क्षेत्र के किसानों की खेती, सिंचाई गूलों एवं घराट तक पानी की व्यवस्था हेतु एचडीपीई पाईप लाईन लगाने की मांग की गयी, जिस पर अधिशासी अभियन्ता लघु सिंचाई विभाग को दो दिन के भीतर आवश्यक कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिये गये। शीशम झाड़ी मुनिकीरेती निवासी जगदीश कुलियाल ने मुनिकीरेती क्षेत्रान्तर्गत दयानन्द मार्ग का डामरीकरण एवं नाली निर्माण की मांग की जिस पर अधिशासी अभियन्ता लोनिवि नरेन्द्रनगर को प्रकरण पर ससमय गुणवत्तापूर्वक व मानकानुसार कार्यवाही कर शिकायतकर्ता को भी अवगत कराने के निर्देश दिये गये।
समाजसेवी हरिकृष्ण भट्ट ने देवप्रयाग में आपदा के दौरान जमा मलबा को हटाने की मांग पर एसडीएम कीर्तिनगर एवं ईओ नगर पालिका देवप्रयाग को नियमानुसार जांच कर आवश्यक कार्यवाही कर कार्यालय को अवगत कराने के निर्देश दिये। जिलाध्यक्ष प्रधान संगठन टिहरी गढ़वाल रविन्द्र सिंह राणा ने लालूरी कोटी महरूकी मंजखेत मोटरमार्ग को मंजखेत से मोरियाणा तक निर्माण करने का अनुरोध किया गया जिस पर ईई लोनिवि तथा डीएफओ टिहरी को कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिये गये। ग्राम कोलधार के सोबत सिंह ने पीएम आवास के तहत आवास निर्माण हेतु जारी प्रथम किस्त के तहत किये जाने वाले कार्यो के लिए स्वास्थ्य का हवाला देकर एक माह का समय मंांगा गया जिस पर खण्ड विकास अधिकारी प्रतापनगर को एक माह के अन्तर्गत कार्य प्रारम्भ करवाने के निर्देश दिये गये।
