मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एस.एस. संधु ने मंगलवार को सचिवालय में सरकार के एक वर्ष के कार्यकाल पूर्ण होने के अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी द्वारा की गई घोषणाओं के सम्बन्ध में बैठक ली। मुख्य सचिव ने अधिकारियों को मुख्यमंत्री घोषणाओं को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर पूर्ण किए जाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि जिन घोषणाओं पर तत्काल कार्य शुरू किया जा सकता है, उन पर शीघ्र कार्य शुरू किया जाए, जिन घोषणाओं के पूर्ण करने के लिए पॉलिसी बनाए जाने की आवश्यकता है, अगले 10 दिनों में पॉलिसी ड्राफ्ट तैयार कर लिया जाए।
मुख्य सचिव ने सभी घोषणाओं के पूर्ण होने की समयावधि निर्धारित कर लिए जाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के अभ्यर्थियों को किराए में 50 प्रतिशत छूट के लिए सम्बन्धित विभाग पॉलिसी तैयार कर लें। उन्होंने लैब ऑन व्हील योजना के तहत् जनपदों को मोबाइल लैब उपलब्ध कराए जाने के निर्देश सम्बन्धित विभागों को दिए।
मुख्य सचिव ने बाल क्रीड़ा स्थलों की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित किए जाने हेतु जो भी मास्टर प्लान बनाए जा रहे हैं, उन सभी मास्टर प्लानों में प्ले ग्राउंड्स की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने इसके लिए स्कूल और कॉलेजों के ग्राउंड्स को प्रयोग किए जाने के लिए स्कूल कॉलेज प्रबंधन से वार्ता की जाए, प्ले ग्राउंड्स की मेंटेनेंस राशि सरकार द्वारा व्यय की जाएगी। मुख्य सचिव ने सभी घोषणाओं के पूर्ण किए जाने के लिए समयसीमा निर्धारित किए जाने के निर्देश देते हेतु लगातार मॉनिटरिंग किए जाने की बात कही।
इस अवसर पर अपर मुख्य सचिव आनन्द बर्द्धन, सचिव आर. मीनाक्षी सुंदरम, शैलेश बगोली, अरविन्द सिंह ह्यांकी, सचिन कुर्वे, डॉ.बी.वी.आर.सी. पुरुषोत्तम, रविनाथ रमन, डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमारी एवं दीपेंद्र कुमार चौधरी सहित अन्य उच्चाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
