। जनपद प्रभारी एवं प्रदेश के कृषि कृषक कल्याण मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने रविवार को बाजपुर स्थित ब्लॉक कार्यालय में आयोजित में “मुख्यमंत्री अंत्योदय निःशुल्क गैस रिफिल योजना” का शुभारंभ कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग किया। पौड़ी में आयोजित शुभारंभ कार्यक्रम के प्रसारण को भी मंत्री जोशी ने सुना। इस अवसर पर मंत्री जोशी ने कहा कि लाभार्थियों का बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएं देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने वर्ष 2022 में चुनावों के दौरान अपने घोषणा पत्र में कहा था कि सरकार बनने पर प्रदेश के (1.84 लाख) अंतोदय कार्ड धारक परिवारों को सालाना 03 निशुल्क गैस रिफिल का लाभ दिया जाएगा। धामी सरकार ने अपने वादे को पूरा करते हुए पिछले वर्ष जुलाई से ही इसे प्रदेश में लागू कर दिया था। मंत्री जोशी ने इस योजना के शुभारंभ पर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी का आभार व्यक्त किया।
मंत्री जोशी ने कहा मुख्यमंत्री अन्त्योदय निःशुल्क गैस रिफिल योजना से जनपद ऊधम सिंह नगर में प्रचलित अन्त्योदय योजना के कुल 17445 लाभार्थियों को मुख्यमंत्री अन्त्योदय निःशुल्क गैस रिफिल योजना का लाभ प्रदान किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा मुख्यमंत्री अन्त्योदय निःशुल्क गैस रिफिल योजना का लाभ जनपद में कार्यशील कुल 36 गैस एजेन्सियों के माध्यम से करवाया जा रहा है।
इस योजना के तहत अन्त्योदय लाभार्थियों को वित्तीय वर्ष 2022-23 में अप्रैल 2022 से जुलाई के मध्य प्रथम, माह अगस्त से नवम्बर के मध्य द्वितीय तथा माह दिसम्बर से मार्च 2023 के मध्य तृतीय निःशुल्क गैस सिलेण्डर रिफिल उपलब्ध करायी जा रही है। मंत्री जोशी ने कहा इस योजना के तहत अध्यतन आई०ओ०सी० कम्पनी द्वारा 12031, बी०पी०सी० द्वारा 7261 एंव एच०पी०सी० द्वारा 2095 कुल 21387 रिफिल निःशुल्क अन्त्योदय लाभार्थियों को उपलब्ध करा दी गयी है। उन्होंने कहा मुख्यमंत्री अन्त्योदय निःशुल्क गैस रिफिल योजना के तहत सरकार द्वारा रूपया 21872846 (दो करोड अट्ठारह लाख बहत्तर हजार आठ सौ छियासी रूपया) धनराशि की रिफिल उपलब्ध करा दी गयी है।
मंत्री जोशी ने कहा प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी देश के हर वर्ग की चिंता करते हैं उन्होंने कहा जहां प्रधानमंत्री किसान की चिंता करते हैं वह इस सीमा पर खड़े जवान की भी चिंता करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा केंद्र और राज्य सरकार लगातार गरीबों के कल्याण के लिए कार्य कर रही है। देश के करीब 80 करोड़ गरीबों को फ्री राशन उपलब्ध किया जा रहा है। मंत्री जोशी ने कहा भ्रष्टाचार पर कड़ा प्रहार करते हुए प्रदेश में धामी सरकार देश का सबसे नकल विहीन कानून बनाया है। जिसमें कोई गड़बड़ी होने पर आजीवन कारावास तक की सजा का प्रावधान है। मंत्री जोशी ने कहा धामी सरकार का संकल्प है कि सही को हम छेड़ेंगे नही, गलत को हम छोड़ेंगे नहीं।
मंत्री जोशी ने कहा आज प्रदेश में विधवा पेंशन में बढ़ोतरी की गई है। इसी प्रकार कृषि के क्षेत्र में मिलेट्स को देश दुनिया तक अपने स्थानीय उत्पादों को पहचान दिलाने के लिए भरसक प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा आज जिस मंडवा अमीरो की थाली में परसो जा रहा है। मंत्री जोशी ने कहा प्रदेश में 50 हजार स्वयं सहायता समूह है।इसमें 6 लाख महीने जुड़ी हुई है। मंत्री ने कहा इस समूह के माध्यम से किसान के घर से मुंडवा खरीदा जाएगा। जिससे जो संकल्प हमारा है कि 2025 में सवा लाख बहनों को लखपति बनाएंगे उसमे भी कारगर सिद्ध होगा। गौरतलब है कि आज मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी द्वारा पौड़ी में “मुख्यमंत्री अंत्योदय निःशुल्क गैस रिफिल योजना” का शुभारंभ किया गया।

इस अवसर पर मुख्य विकास अधिकारी विशाल, डीएसओ तेजबल, उपजिलाधिकारी बाजपुर, महिला मोर्चा भाजपा जिलाध्यक्ष उमा जोशी सहित कई लोग उपस्थित रहे।
