शुक्रवार को भारतीय जनता पार्टी के जिला कार्यालय नई टिहरी में भाजयुमो युवा मोर्चा द्वारा “बजट पर चर्चा” कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। जिसमें भारतीय जनता युवा मोर्चा की राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष नेहा जोशी जी ने बतौर मुख्य वक्ता कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने कहा कि यह आम बजट 2023-24 अमृत काल का एक लोक-कल्याणकारी बजट है। यह गांव, गरीबों, किसानों, आदिवासियों, आर्थिक रुप से पिछड़े तथा मध्यम वर्ग के लोगों को सशक्त और सक्षम बनाने वाला बजट है। यह ग्राम विकास, कृषि विकास, श्रमिक कल्याण, पूर्वोत्तर एवं पहाड़ी क्षेत्र सहित पूरे देश के समग्र विकास को समर्पित बजट है। इस आम बजट का प्रमुख उद्देश्य नागरिकों के लिए बड़े अवसर उपलब्ध कराना, विकास और रोजगार सृजन को प्रोत्साहन प्रदान करना है। इस समावेशी बजट में सभी के हितों का ध्यान रखा गया है। किसान, मध्यम वर्ग, महिला, युवा व बुर्जुग के साथ-साथ औद्योगिक एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विकास की स्पष्ट रूपरेखा दिखती है। बजट की अवधारणा वंचितों को वरीयता एवं अन्तिम छोर तक पहुंचना है।
उन्होंने बताया कि जनता को समर्पित यह बजट पीएम मोदी की दूरदर्शी सोच को साकार करने में सफल सिद्ध होगा। कृषि के क्षेत्र में परम्परागत कृषि और मिलेट (मोटा अनाज) को प्रोत्साहन दिया जाएगा। जिससे उत्तराखंड मोटे अनाज का हब बन सकता है। देश के हर एक जिले में यूनिटी मॉल को स्थापित किया जाएगा। जिससे युवाओं को रोजगार प्राप्त हो सकेगा और साथ साथ ही क्षेत्र के स्थानीय उत्पादों को भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा। प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना 4.0 को लाया गया है। जिसमे युवाओं को कौशल प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा।

कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता भाजपा के जिलाध्यक्ष राजेश नौटियाल जी ने की। इस अवसर पर क्षेत्रीय विधायक किशोर उपाध्याय, किसान मोर्चा के प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष गोविंद रावत, युवा मोर्चा के नवनियुक्त जिलाध्यक्ष गौरव गुसाईं, महामंत्री उदय रावत, राजेंद्र जुयाल, परमवीर पंवार, शिवानी बिष्ट समेत पार्टी के वरिष्ट पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
