बेसिक शिक्षा निदेशक अजय नौडियाल पर हमले के विरोध में शिक्षा विभाग के सभी शिक्षक, कर्मचारियों-अधिकारियों ने आज से दो दिवसीय कार्यबहिष्कार का एलान किया है। शिक्षा निदेशालय में सभी विभागीय संगठनों की पांच घंटे चली बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया कि इसके बाद भी आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी न हुई तो अन्य विभागीय कर्मचारी 25 फरवरी से कार्य बहिष्कार पर चले जाएंगे।
उत्तरांचल स्टेट प्राइमरी टीचर्स एसोसिएशन की शिक्षक भवन रेसकोर्स में हुई बैठक में शिक्षा निदेशक पर हमले की निंदा की गई। शिक्षकों ने कहा, घटना के विरोध में आज से सभी शिक्षक काली पट्टी बांधेगे। प्रदेश के विभिन्न जिलों से देहरादून पहुंचे शिक्षकों ने कहा कि जब प्रदेश केे प्रारंभिक शिक्षक ही सुरक्षित नहीं हैं तो राज्य के आम शिक्षक, कर्मचारियों की स्थिति को आसानी से समझा जा सकता है।
प्रदेश के प्राथमिक शिक्षक इस घटना से आहत हैं। संगठन की प्रांतीय तदर्थ समिति के सदस्य गोविंद बोरा व दिगम्बर सिंह नेगी ने कहा कि आरोपियों के खिलाफ जल्द कार्रवाई न की गई तो आंदोलन तेज किया जाएगा। शिक्षा निदेशालय में हुई बैठक में सभी 56 विभागों के कर्मचारी, अधिकारी संगठनों ने घटना को दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण बताया।
उन्होंने कहा, इससे उनमें असुरक्षा की भावना बनी है। इस तरह की घटना प्रशासनिक कार्यप्रणाली एवं शासकीय व्यवस्था की गरिमा के विपरीत है। यदि इस प्रकरण में सरकार आरोपियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई नहीं करती तो भविष्य में इस तरह की घटना किसी भी कर्मचारी, अधिकारी के साथ हो सकती है। प्रकरण को देखते हुए सरकार उनकी सुरक्षा के लिए एसओपी जारी करे।
शिक्षा निदेशालय में हुए विवाद के मामले में चार लोग हिरासत में
नूरखेड़ा स्थित प्रारंभिक शिक्षा निदेशालय में शिक्षा निदेशक अजय कुमार नौडियाल के साथ हुई मारपीट के मामले में पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई की है। वायरल वीडियो के आधार पर पहचान कर चार आरोपियों को हिरासत में लिया गया है। इसके अलावा हिस्ट्रीशीटर कल्ली पर भी पुलिस ने शिकंजा कसना शुरू कर दिया है। घटना में कल्ली की भूमिका की भी अलग से जांच की जा रही है।
निदेशालय में शनिवार को विधायक उमेश शर्मा काऊ अपने कुछ समर्थकों के साथ एक स्कूल का नाम बदलवाने के मालमे में शिक्षा निदेशक अजय कुमार नौडियाल से मिलने पहुंचे थे। इस दौरान विवाद हो गया। विधायक की मौजूदगी में कुछ लोगों ने नौडियाल के साथ मारपीट की। इस घटना ने तूल पकड़ लिया। घटना के विरोध में शिक्षा निदेशालय के कर्मचारियों और विभिन्न शिक्षक संगठनों ने आक्रोश जताया। इसके बाद पहले निदेशालय परिसर फिर रायपुर थाने में प्रदर्शन किया। रायपुर थाने में विधायक उमेश शर्मा काऊ और उनके समर्थकों के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई।
इसके बाद विधायक पक्ष की शिकायत पर भी प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है। घटना का एक वीडियो जमकर वायरल हुआ। उसमें विधायक कुर्सी पर बैठे हैं इसी दौरान पीछे से लोग सामान और कुर्सियां फेंक रहे हैं। इस वीडियो में दिख रहा एक व्यक्ति कल्ली को हिस्ट्रीशीटर बताया जा रहा है। मामले की शिकायत पुलिस तक पहुंची।
एसएसपी प्रमेंद्र सिंह डोबाल ने बताया कि दोनों पक्षों की ओर से शिकायत मिलने के बाद प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर मामले की जांच की जा रही है। वीडियो के आधार पर पहचान कर कुछ लोगों को हिरासत में लिया गया है। घटना में हिस्ट्रीशीटर कल्ली की भूमिका की भी जांच की जा रही है।
