मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के हरित विकास संकल्प को साकार कर रहा एमडीडीए
रायपुर–डालनवाला क्षेत्र में दो पार्कों का ₹90 लाख की लागत से जीर्णोद्धार एवं निर्माण कार्य प्रारंभ
माननीय मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के हरित विकास, पर्यावरण संरक्षण और नागरिक सुविधाओं के विस्तार के संकल्प को धरातल पर उतारते हुए मसूरी–देहरादून विकास प्राधिकरण (एमडीडीए) द्वारा राजधानी देहरादून के रायपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में दो महत्वपूर्ण पार्कों के निर्माण एवं जीर्णोद्धार की दिशा में ठोस पहल की गई है। लगभग ₹90 लाख की लागत से इन दोनों पार्कों को आधुनिक, पर्यावरण–अनुकूल एवं जनोपयोगी स्वरूप दिया जा रहा है।
इसी क्रम में आज रायपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र अंतर्गत सामुदायिक भवन के समीप, एमडीडीए कॉलोनी, चंद्र रोड, डालनवाला, देहरादून में प्रस्तावित पार्क का विधिवत शिलान्यास रायपुर विधायक माननीय उमेश शर्मा ‘काऊ’ द्वारा किया गया। शिलान्यास कार्यक्रम में क्षेत्र के जनप्रतिनिधि, स्थानीय पदाधिकारी, एमडीडीए के अधिकारी, कार्यकर्ता एवं बड़ी संख्या में स्थानीय नागरिक उपस्थित रहे। यह पार्क न केवल क्षेत्रवासियों के लिए हरियाली और सुकून का केंद्र बनेगा, बल्कि बच्चों, युवाओं और वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के लिए स्वास्थ्य, मनोरंजन एवं सामाजिक गतिविधियों का साझा मंच भी प्रदान करेगा।
एमडीडीए द्वारा बताया गया कि इसके अतिरिक्त नेहरू कॉलोनी क्षेत्र का पार्क पहले ही पूर्ण रूप से तैयार कर लिया गया है। इस पार्क में नागरिक सुविधाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए फुटपाथ निर्माण, व्यापक प्लांटेशन, स्टेज का निर्माण, पेंटिंग वर्क, तथा मैदान में उच्च गुणवत्ता की घास लगाई गई है। पार्क के सौंदर्यीकरण के साथ-साथ इसे पर्यावरणीय दृष्टि से भी सुदृढ़ बनाया गया है, ताकि शहरी क्षेत्र में हरित आवरण को बढ़ावा मिल सके।इस पार्क को इस प्रकार डिजाइन किया जा रहा है कि यह हर आयु वर्ग के लोगों की आवश्यकताओं को पूरा कर सके।

रायपुर विधायक माननीय उमेश शर्मा ‘काऊ’ ने कहा कि माननीय मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में उत्तराखंड में विकास के साथ–साथ पर्यावरण संरक्षण को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता दी जा रही है। रायपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में पार्कों का निर्माण और जीर्णोद्धार उसी सोच का परिणाम है। शहरी जीवन में हरियाली, स्वच्छ वातावरण और सार्वजनिक स्थलों की भूमिका बेहद महत्वपूर्ण होती है। एमडीडीए द्वारा किए जा रहे ये कार्य न केवल क्षेत्र की सुंदरता बढ़ाएंगे, बल्कि आम नागरिकों के स्वास्थ्य और सामाजिक जीवन को भी बेहतर बनाएंगे। मैं उपाध्यक्ष एमडीडीए बंशीधर तिवारी जी सहित एमडीडीए की पूरी टीम को इस सराहनीय पहल के लिए बधाई देता हूं और आशा करता हूं कि भविष्य में भी ऐसे जनहितकारी कार्य निरंतर होते रहेंगे।

एमडीडीए सचिव मोहन सिंह बर्निया ने कहा कि पार्कों के निर्माण एवं जीर्णोद्धार कार्यों में गुणवत्ता, समयबद्धता और पारदर्शिता का विशेष ध्यान रखा जा रहा है। नेहरू कॉलोनी पार्क का कार्य पूर्ण हो चुका है और डालनवाला पार्क का निर्माण भी निर्धारित समय में पूरा किया जाएगा। हमारा लक्ष्य नागरिकों को सुरक्षित, स्वच्छ और सुंदर सार्वजनिक स्थल उपलब्ध कराना है। एमडीडीए द्वारा किए जा रहे ये कार्य स्पष्ट रूप से यह दर्शाते हैं कि राज्य सरकार और विकास प्राधिकरण मिलकर राजधानी देहरादून को हरित, स्वच्छ और नागरिक– अनुकूल शहर बनाने की दिशा में निरंतर प्रयासरत हैं। भविष्य में भी ऐसे अनेक जनहितकारी परियोजनाओं के माध्यम से शहरी विकास को नई दिशा दी जाएगी।
