जिलाधिकारी सोनिका ने संबंधित उप जिलाधिकारी, नगर आयुक्त देहरादून, वन विभाग तथा एमडीडीए के अधिकारियों को अतिक्रमण पर समयबद्ध एवं प्रभावी कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित करने तथा कृत कार्यवाही की रिपोर्ट अविलंब प्रेषित करने के निर्देश दिए। गौरतलब है कि उच्च न्यायालय के योजित वाद उर्मिला थापा बनाम उत्तराखंड राज्य एवं अन्य में पारित आदेश के संबंध में जिलाधिकारी ने सभी संबंधित उप जिलाधिकारियों, नगर निगम, एमडीडीए तथा वन विभाग के अधिकारियों की वीसी के माध्यम से बैठक ली। जिलाधिकारी ने निर्देश दिए कि अतिक्रमण के संदर्भ में सभी संबंधित विभाग आपसी समन्वय से अतिक्रमण चिन्हित करते हुए अतिक्रमण हटाने की कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करें।
